Peter is 8
"Bye aunt May" peter says shakily she kisses his head and then James "bye babe I will see you later" she says to James then walks out the door.
"Look at this house you disgusting little piece of crap" my dad checks my stuff so I can't swear sorry. The house was littered in beer bottles and trash, cigarettes all over the ground. "S-Sorry let me clean it" for an eight year old he had already learned to clean and how to do a lot of things adults can't do. He hasn't really had a good childhood, can you even call it a childhood. May and James have been dating for over 2 years. So two years of hell for peter.
"No you little-." He slaps peter hard across the face. James was So wasted, and he was so angry. Peter wasn't able to stay on his feet and falls to the ground. "So weak" James taunts as he kicks peter hard in the gut. "I-I am not weak" peter attempts to say but can't. Even with his spider abilities he was still weak he had hardly eaten in days so he had almost no extra strength. He kicks peter in the face. Peters nose breaks. His vision turns white in pain. So much pain. Peter sheriks out in pain.
"J-James please stop" peter whimpers out he was starting to shake as tears run down his face.
Peter pov-
My head was spinning I just wanted to pass out but i hadn't yet. He was gonna kill me, I knew it. Tonight was the night I would die. I can't just say here. I needed help. I needed to get some where safe. Only one place came to mind. Stark tower.
I pull myself up. My legs almost giving out on me. My vision was blurred with tears. James was in the kitchen doing who the hell knows. I run out the door. I run as fast as I can on a broken ankle. The cool air pushes against me as I sprint the best I can towards the tower. I need to swing there but there wasn't enough high buildings to get there. Come on don't pass out yet. I finally see some higher buildings. I put my hood over my head and shoot my webs at it. My aims a bit off from the vison blurring. But I still am able to get attached to the building .
Ok so peter had met tony during a kids engineering class at the tower and he was super impressed with peter and peter had met all the avengers and had come over multiple times.
I land on the ground with a thump. I had fell straight into my stomach. Ow. I push my self just to have my arms give up and make me fall back to the ground. I was on the side walk outside the tower, just need to get inside. I push myself up again I bite my lip to stop the scream.
I stumble up to a desk "h-hi um is mr.stark h-here" she looks like she has seen a ghost. "Yes yes he is are you ok" she says while getting up. "Y-yes I am f-fine um Peter Parker is my name" she grabs the phone to call mr.stark. My vision spots and fall the ground as it goes black.
Tony pov-
"No Stephen that is dumb" he roles his eyes and hands me water "water isn't dumb now drink" I groan but take the water "mr.stark me.holly is calling" I put the water down "awnser" Friday awnser the call "Hello mr.stark um there is a kid here for you he said his name was peter he is covers and blood he just passed out dr.hope is calling mr.banner now" my eyes widen and I go into panic mode. "Oh shit" I sprint down to elavator and quickly rush to find peter
No one pov-
Peter is lying on a hospital asleep, Tony is wide awake sitting and waiting for peter to wake, the other avengers scattered through out the room. Steve asleep on wide awake bucky. Natasha sharpening her knife while Bruce is trying to take it from her. Stephen was getting some water and food. Thor and Loki were sitting on the floor, (loki is 12) loki was fidgeting with his hands anxiously. Him and peter were best friends and he loved him like a brother. Wanda and pietro were half asleep next to loki. All were worried for their little spidering.
Peters eyes slowly open and focused. "Peter your awake" tony shouts quickly getting out of his chair. Everyone sits up and rushes over to him. Bombarding him with questions.
"To much noise please make it stop" peter pleaded in his head. Wanda being a super power 8 year old with mind powers read his mind and realized "hey everyone quiet your being to loud" she shouts then apologizes to peter for yelling. "Ok everyone but bucky and tony out" banner said while the rest groaned and left. "Hey petey" Bucky says sitting next to him. "H-hi" he stutters out "hey kiddo how you feeling" he just shakes his head in response. "Can you tell me what happened" bucky asks peter can't even get out a whole response so he just says "James. Drunk. Didn't wanna die" and then closed his eyes and murmurs he's tired leaving the rest of the the people in the room to worry.
