A sinful idea has been repeating in Jimin's head for years. It would pop up whenever it wanted. Usually at the most annoying times. It was so unlike him, the opposite of how he normally was but the small part of himself that wanted it refused to die. He came to view it as the ultimate stress relief. It crossed his mind when his one-night stands were mediocre and his job became hectic. It grew and grew in the background until he had a hard time controlling it.
As Jimin continued to grow obsessed with the idea, he finally decided to visit a company his friend heard about. It dealt in fulfilling not-so-innocent client needs in sometimes not-so-legal ways. It was the type of place someone like him should never be caught at. In his line of work, he was all too familiar with places like that. The double standard was something some of the new blood struggled with as they ascended the ranks. Play by the rules on paper and break them behind the scenes. Whatever it takes to accomplish your goals.
Jimin set up an appointment with the owner of Lure Consulting. He paid to have the building emptied of staff for a couple of hours so it lowered the risk of being seen. He wasn't exactly famous but he was a public figure. His reputation was more important than an actor or an idol. It affected his country and he couldn't risk that just to get off. He put on casual clothes, a mask, and a baseball cap before leaving the house.
It was a 45 minute walk but he liked the opportunity to keep up his physical wellbeing while keeping his mind together. When Jimin entered the building, he immediately went up to the top floor. He's no stranger to exquisitely decorated offices but this one was different. It's simple and somehow still opulent.
When the elevator, the only way to access the owner's office, stopped, he walked down a short hallway and started at the two men standing guard outside. A stone-faced man who looks like he's happily killed before answered the door and led him to a large desk. To anyone else, the situation would probably be intimidating. Jimin wasn't worried. If anything, they should be afraid of him. Once their meeting started, there were only four people in the room, including Jimin and his lawyer.
Jimin would prefer to be alone but he trusted his lawyer. The man was his squad mate during basic. They've been through war together and saved each other's lives. Unless it was a matter of national security, there were no secrets between them. The man was the only person who could do this. Their contract had to be immediately looked over and signed. This matter needed to be settled that day. They couldn't be too careful.
"To what do I owe the pleasure, General Park? I never imagined I'd see the leader of the Army Special Warfare Command walk through my doors. I suppose that's why we had to empty the building and increase security," the man in front of him said with a laugh.
The General was unamused by the pleasantries. He didn't see a point in being cordial. This man knew his rank and who he was already. He was aware that they probably knew everything about him. It's their version of leverage and it helped them cater to their clients better. He decided to jump right into the purpose for his visit.
"I've been told your employees cater to specific preferences that your clients have. Is this true?"
"Yes it is. We serve our clients in virtually any way they request. Often ignoring how harsh, lewd, or abnormal it may be. I assure you, we have access to whatever you want. All of our staff specialize in client satisfaction and strive to meet all of your needs. What is it that you have in mind?"
"Has everyone here signed the paperwork?" He asked, turning to his lawyer. When the man nodded, he continued. "Can't have anyone run off and tell the whole country how depraved someone in my position is."
"Of course, General. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality. Our screening process is extensive and tests for a variety of factors, including the potential employee's ability to keep our clients' information private. I guarantee a data breach would be just as devastating for us as it would be for you. Absolutely nothing that happens here leaves this building. Now, what can I do for you?"
