The universe takes great pleasure in messing with people's lifes. One day it's a delivery man dropping all of his packages at the wrong addresses, and the next it's an actress forgetting all of her lines. And today? It was your turn.

The universe has messed with you before, and every time it seemed to involve a certain red haired boy. Today was no different. Clearly the universe lacks creativity.

"what do you think y/n?" Right. You still had a say in this whole situation but really what would you say? Lying and hoping for the best was much better than trying to give a somewhat logical explanation.

"I don't care," You answer. It's a coward's way out but not everyone had given their opinions yet, maybe someone would disagree for you?

"what about you June?"

"well, he was one of the first members in the Zephyrus crew and he was kind of a better rider than you," Looks like luck might not be in your side today.

"I mean, I'd be happy having him on the team.. But do you think he'll want to join us?" June continues. Vinny Hong. He'd been your friend long ago. He'd also been Minu's friend for a bit, he's got a great track record for keeping friends. Why would he of all people want to join a crew with you and Minu?

"Even if he does, I'm not sure he'll be able to get along with everyone," Wonderful, thank you June.

"hmm, I guess I've got no choice but to go talk to him," Declares Minu. Well that can't go wrong. They could go talk to him if they wanted to but you sure as hell weren't coming.

Maybe joining the crew hadn't been a great idea after all.

Keeping up a lie for two people was fine. A whole group of friends is significantly harder. How were you going to fool anyone?
