Low pigmentation
This effects the color of your hair skin and more
Since I have a low amount of it in me
I have very light features that includes my eyebrows
With low pigmentation effects my eye color which is very light making the sun very "powerful" for my eyes the light makes my eyes move side to side called a nystagmus
