In this one, Aoyama gets worse and Mina panics! The poor baby!

When Mina woke up at some ungodly hour, she immediately looked at Aoyama on the bed. She could see him shaking again. She walked up to him, feeling his forehead and realizing his fever had only gone up. "Great," she mumbled. "Aoyama? Wake up," he didn't respond. Then he mumbled, "Dabi...he's...trying to...get me...," he pursed his lips into a deep frown, closing his teary eyes. "Aoyama, Dabi's gone, he can't hurt you," Mina said to him. "Help me...! I-it hurts, I-Ah!" That's when he started to scratch his face, his cheeks turning red. He continued to flail around, his dull eyes open, awake but somehow asleep. It was terrifying.

Mina started shaking his shoulder. "Buddy, wake up!" She was beginning to be hysterical. ¨Aoyama, wake up!¨ his eyes finally fluttered open, and he started panting. ¨Are you okay?" She asked him, pulling his hair back. ¨Y-yeah," He nodded. ¨Gah!" He yelped, bringing a hand to his stomach and wincing. ¨Whatś wrong?¨ She asked. He then pulled back his shirt, revealing red marks on the skin over his stomach. Mina put a hand to her mouth in shock. ¨My quirk must have malfunctioned in my sleep,¨ He explained it away, wincing in pain. ¨Stay here! I have some aloe in my dorm!¨ She told him. She ran through the halls to get to her dorm, grabbing the aloe she used for her quirk malfunctions.

Returning to the dorm room, she found Aoyama on all fours on the bed, shaking. Below him on the mattress was a puddle of sick, and he cried out for Mina repeatedly, rubbing his stomach and screeching in a scratchy voice. He screamed and cried until he squeaked like a children's toy. Mina bolted toward him and started wiping off his tear-stained cheeks. He leaned against Mina's chest, panting like he'd run a marathon. He kept breathing heavily, letting out occasional coughs and whimpers. Mina had no idea what to do. She grabbed her phone and shot another message to Iida.

Iida come to Aoyama's dorm ASAP! He got worse plz help!

He didn't answer with a text, but rather with a pounding at the door. Aoyama cried out in pain, gripping his head on both sides. Iida then kicked the door in, rushing to Aoyama's side. Aoyama then whined and whimpered. He looked up at Mina with teary eyes. Mina looked at Iida with confusion.

"What do we do? He won't stop crying," she asked. "We need to cool him down," Iida told her matter-of-factly. Mina picked up the younger boy, and Iida opened the bathroom door. She placed Aoyama in the bathtub, and Iida turned on the showerhead. Aoyama just leaned against the edge of the tub as Iida hosed him and his uniform down. Mina then picked him up again, getting herself soaked.

She carried him to his bed, where Iida put on a pair of gloves and removed the vomit-stained sheets. Mina laid him down on the bare mattress, covering him with a clean blanket and giving him a pillow. Aoyama kept shaking in his cold, soggy pajamas, wanting to just fall asleep and feel better when he woke up. Mina and Iida gave each other concerned stares. "I will call Recovery Girl immediately," Iida then grabbed his phone out of his pocket and dialed a number. "I'm so cold...a chicken is attacking my face..." "Ummmm..." Mina started to look confused. It's worse than I thought, he's delusional, A knock at the door stopped Mina in her tracks.

When she opened it, she saw Recovery Girl. "Hi, he's in here," she pointed to Aoyama lying on the bed. Recovery Girl immediately rushed to Aoyama's aid. "Oh, dear," she said, worried. Iida handed the thermometer to her, which she took. "Um, Aoyama?" Mina asked him. "Can you open your mouth for a sec?" After a second or two, Aoyama opened his mouth and squinted his eyes open slightly. When the thermometer was put in his mouth, it eventually beeped. Checking the reading, Recovery Girl clicked her tongue. "103," she sighed. She then charged up her quirk but stopped herself. "What is it?" Mina asked, confused. "If I use my quirk on him when he's in this state, I could put him in a coma," she explained. "Oh..." Mina sighed, looking at Aoyama.

"Should we take him to a hospital?" Mina asked. Recovery Girl shook her head. "If we can get him into a better state, I can use my quirk," I should give him more medicine, she thought, grabbing the bottle of fever reducer. "Aoyama, sit up for me," she commanded. Aoyama couldn't move. She propped his head up again, giving him the spoonful of medicine, which he accepted without complaint. He hated cherry-flavored medicine, but he was in too much pain to complain.

He then closed his eyes and continued to breathe heavily, but Mina stopped him. "Don't fall asleep, Aoyama," she told him, although he wanted nothing more than to fall asleep. Iida then handed her a glass of water, which she lifted to Aoyama's mouth. He took a few sips before he stopped. His stomach lurched. He closed his eyes and pursed his lips in pain. He whined and Mina slowly stroked his hair, shushing him. "Shhh, calm down, buddy..." she whispered in his ear. He could hear the clinking of glasses and the clicks of plastic bottles smacking together, every small sound making his headache worse. He buried his face in his pillow. He hated it.

His pillow smelled like Celeste's fur, and he sniffled. "Oh, gosh, get out of the way..." he ordered Mina, his nose twitching. She backed up. His eyes were starting to water. Aoyama kept twitching his nose, trying to dissipate the tickling sensation, but it was no use. "Mon Dieu, is that my power kicking in?" he asked between gasps as his eyes watered. Aoyama sneezed, causing his laser to fire. Mina watched and to her horror, she saw Aoyama's Navel Laser burst from his nose. After a moment of shock, Aoyama grabbed onto his nose and started to cry, flopping down onto his side. He let out a weak whimper. It hurt, and he hated it.

"Awwww," Mina hummed as she rubbed his back gently. Aoyama whimpered in pain when she touched him, and Mina moved her hand away. "Can you answer a question for me?" He blinked his dull eyes at her, and she asked him, "On a scale of one to ten, how much pain are you in?" He mumbled something, but Mina couldn't hear him. "Can you speak up for me?" He said it again. "Eight, maybe nine,"

Oh gosh, Mina thought. "I'm so sorry," she said sympathetically. Tears started to stream down Aoyama's cheeks. "It hurts!" He screamed in his scratchy voice, tightening his grip on his stomach. "Buddy, hey, there's no need to cry," Mina said reassuringly. Mina then saw something shocking.

Aoyama sat up. His eyes rolled into the back of his head and he closed his eyes, flopping his head down on Mina's chest like a ragdoll. "Oh my gosh! Iida, Recovery Girl, get in here!!!" She screamed. Iida was the first to enter the room. The moment he saw his friend passed out in Mina's arms, he pulled his phone out of his pocket and dialed a number. Iida then talked to the operator for about five minutes in a panicked and concerned tone. After a minute, Iida took a glance at the frantic Mina. "They're on their way," he told her, but Mina didn't even take her eyes off of Aoyama.

A minute later, Mina heard sirens. An ambulance pulled up in front of the dorms, and Iida rushed out of the room to greet the paramedics. Mina put on her jacket and grabbed Aoyama, covering him up with her favorite sweater. She was ready. Taking a deep breath, she bolted outside.

When she bolted out the door, it was pouring down rain outside. She ran through the rain toward the ambulance, where Aoyama was laid down on the stretcher. He was given a motion sickness bag and was covered with a blanket, where he shivered intensely. Mina and Iida got in the back with Aoyama. By now Aizawa had seen what was happening and rushed outside to get to the ambulance. He got in the back with his students, but Mina didn't notice.

She was too busy fighting back her tears and holding Aoyama's hand.
