Neil: Mysterious and adopted son of Dr. Harshwardhan Birla and Manjari Birla. He pursued surgeon as a profession.

Aarohi had pursued her studies from New York and had returned back to Udaipur due to family pleadings and some of the work issues at New York. She then started working at Birla Hospital and got to know about Birla brothers. Akshara was already working there as a music therapist. Aarohi was in a depression after she came back to New York. There was an incident that had took place but no one knew about it.
Neil was a surgeon and had known Akshara for years and knew that his elder brother loved Akshara and even Akshara loved his elder brother but was unable to confess her feelings towards Abhimanyu. When they both confessed their feelings Neil was so much happy as he had waited since years.
After Abhi and Akshara had confessed their feelings, their wedding was planned and both the families were happy about it. While making preparations of the functions of the grand wedding of Abhimanyu and Akshara, Neil and Aarohi eventually spent time together and they became best friends.
