{Calum's POV}
Last night was such a blur. I don't remember anything that happened. All I can remember is.. Um.. I don't know.
Why can't I see? I can hear someone... They sound familiar but I don't know who it is. Maybe my friend? Who are my friends? Who are my parents?
I don't remember anyone.
{Luke's POV}
I couldn't stop crying the whole way to the hospital. All I can think of is how Calum is hurting and I couldn't save him.
I'm such a bad friend.
"Can you... Drive any... Faster??" I frantically say in between sobs.
Dev agreed to drive me to the hospital since he had a car there and I didn't have the strength to drive myself there. Michaella came along because of their "thing" going on.
"Yes, we're almost there, Luke. Calm down, he's going to be okay." Michaella tries assuring me, but all I can think about is Cal's crying eyes, making me cry even more.
"Yeah, don't worry, he's strong and can get through this." Dev looks back a bit, giving me a half smile and putting his hand on Michaella's shoulder.
"But you guys don't understand.. I really l..."
"We're here" Michaella opens the car door, motioning for me to get out the door. By that time, I was already half way to the door.
I swing open the door and run to the receptionists desk. "Please let me see him.. Please.." I pant, out of breath from running.
"Stop running, Luke!" Michaella and Dev, also out of breath, burst into the door.
"Who's 'he'? I need a name." The receptionist grimaced at me, making me want to cry even harder than I was.
"Calum Thomas Hood, he was just brought in an hour ago." I bite my lip, watching her type on her computer, pulling up his file.
"Oh yes, Mr. Hood. He is in surgery at the moment, so you need to wait for at least 3 hours to see him."
My heart immediately dropped.
"Please let me see him, I need to see him, please... Please..." I feel tears run down my cheeks as I plead to her. She isn't even fazed, that bitch...
