I got up this morning.I had to leave my home land today.I will be moving Brooklyn in New York. In America. My family wanted me to have a better life. I really don't want to go. It seems stupid if you ask me. Why would I want a better life if I already have one?
"Brianna. Get up." Yells my mom.
"Yes I am coming." I yelled back.I went to her room and ask her what she wants?
"can you go to the store for me "
"oh my god. Why is it always me ?ask someone else "
"don't make me slap the shit out of you"She said.
"But-"I said.
"I said go now." she said as she handed me the money. "What do you want?"
"Toothpaste. You need it for your trip. Hurry up you need to get ready?"

When I arrived back home and got ready, my mom took me to the airport.
"Don't do anything stupid." said my mom.
"I won't." I said.
"Remember if you have a boyfriend and he breaks your heart, fuck his best-friend." She said.
"Okay, mom." I was prepared to latch out. I was going to change.
She hugged me and so did the rest of my family.
I boarded my plane and took my seat.
