Another Birthday

**A Month Later**:

A month later Dean wanted to do something special for Seth, they had been so busy lately between work and taking care of the kids. This past month had been even more busy since it was Maddie's first birthday. They were so busy, it was like they didn't even have time to think, so while Dean helped Seth plan Maddie's birthday, he also began planning a surprise for Seth! He wanted to take Seth away for a romantic weekend, just the two of them; knowing neither of them would want to be far from the kids, he booked a hotel in the next town which was only an hour away. He made all the arrangements with the hotel; including couples massages, the works. He then talked to the others and Eddie told him they'd watch the kids, everything was set for them to leave the night of the party. Dean was so excited, he could barely keep it a secret!

Finally it was Maddie's birthday, the night before Dean had secretly packed for himself and Seth, while Eddie secretly packed the kids bags. The morning of Maddie's birthday Seth once again woke before Dean and the kids. He went downstairs to the kitchen, he put the coffee on and began to think of how fast the past few months seemed to fly by. It was like some sick cosmic joke how fast his kids were growing up! The twins were now four, and so independent; they both were so much like Dean personality wise, it was like having two mini Dean's running around! Thankfully Maddie was exactly like himself personality wise, a mini him! He wiped his tears away, as he got to work making breakfast. As he stood at the stove he felt strong arms wrap around his waist from behind scaring him.

"Shit Dean! You trying to give me a heart attack?" Seth scolded him, Dean kissed his neck, Seth closed his eyes and leaned back in his husband's arms.

"Sorry baby boy. Mm, that smells good!" Dean said letting Seth go, before he stole a piece of bacon.

"Hey! You have to wait for everyone to get here Mr. Ambrose!" Seth scolded him smiling.

"Fine!" Dean agreed pouting.

"Good boy! Now, could you go check on the kids please? Everyone will be here anytime now."

"You got it bossman!" Dean said smiling as he saluted, before he kissed him reaching behind him and stealing another piece of bacon.

"You brat!" Seth said smiling as Dean winked, before he walked away eating the bacon.

The others arrived 10 minutes later as Seth was placing breakfast on the table. Seconds later Dean and the kids joined them, everyone wished Maddie a happy birthday, before they all sat down to eat. After a delicious breakfast Dean, Seth and the kids got dressed, so they could start their fun-filled day! After getting dressed Eddie and Roman helped Seth clean up the kitchen, while everyone else was in the living room getting the kids stuff on.

"I almost forgot!" Seth said suddenly, as he turned to Roman. "Could you add this to my stash Ro?" He asked handing Roman an envelope with money in it, Roman nodded before taking the envelope and put it in his pocket.

"Still no sign of the money Sethie dear?" Eddie asked.

"None! I tore the house apart, it's gone!" Seth answered upset.

"You're sure D didn't find it?" Roman asked upset for Seth, knowing how much he had wanted to do this for Dean.

"Positive! He would have asked me about it the second he found it!" Seth answered.

"Well Sethie, at least with Rommie holding onto it now you know it won't go missing this time!" Eddie said smiling as she pinched both their cheeks.
