"Uh babe can you come here!!" Jack yelled from upstairs. I walked upstairs and into our bedroom to find my daughter with one side of her head bald.

"Honey what did you do?!" I gasped. She looked at me with a sheepish smile. "Me cut me hair. It pretty mommy." She said giggling. I heard Jack chuckling but trying to muffle it with his sleeve.

"Jack this is not funny. How are we going to fix this?!" I said. "Y/N its ok, little kids always do this, its normal. We will just have to wait till it grows long again." Jack reassured me. "Mommy can me have scissors?" She asked. My eyes went wide. "Y/D/N you can never have scissors without me or daddy watching you ok?" I clarified.

"Only our child would do this. Jack's kids never did this." He joked. I laughed and nudged him with my elbow playfully.
