A Night That Led To Something Unexpected

Chapter 9

Valerie's pov
I could see Niall and Zayn sitting beside the hospital bed.

"Wake up, please Valerie." Niall pleaded as tears rolled down his cheeks.

I am awake! I wanted to yell but for some reason I couldn't.

"Harry is sorry, he said that he didn't mean a word he said, and that he wishes that he got ran over. He is a mess without you Val. A real big mess, and it scares us. Like a bunch." Niall said his voice hoarse.

My throat tightened up. If I could cry right now tears would be streaming down my face.

I can't believe I did this. I hate myself I'm so selfish.

I head some one run into the room. "Where is she? Where I she?" The person said frantically. I'd recognize that voice anywhere. Harry.

"Oh My Go-" his voice sounded strangled. "This is all my fault if I hadn't over reacted and and hadn't got drunk and told her I hated her maybe she wouldn't be in this hospital. Its all my fault. She just got here and she is already in the hospital. Again. I hate myself I will never forgive myself." He said sobbing full out.

I wanted to run over and hug him, but unfortunately I couldn't.

Harry's pov
I walked out of the room. I couldn't take it.

I still have have the image of her in my head; Cold and pale, her mouth with a tube connecting so it helped her breathe, her brown hair cascading down the pillow lifelessly.

I rubbed the tears away from my eyes as I bumped into someone.

"Ow!" I heard a female voice say, I helped her up getting a better look at her.

She had Long red hair that cascaded down her back, curling at the ends, her eyes were a mystical blue, and her lips were pink and plump, with cheekbones.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you!" I said brushing my hair out of my face.

"Its okay, I'm Kimberly, you are...?" She trailed off then realization crossed her face.

But yet she didn't freak out. Almost as if noticing she says, "I know you're expecting me to freak out, I love you're music yet I am not a directioner." She said explaingly.

I chuckled, "wanna accompany me to lunch?"

"Sure!" She said following me to the cafeteria.

Then we sat down and got to know each other.

We were stopped in the middle of talking by my phone ringing.

It said; Nialler

I answered mouthing sorry as she nodded understandingly.

"Niall, what is it mate?" I said sighing exasperated.

"Harry, its your sister she is awake." Niall said. I hung up quickly.

"Hey can I have your number?" I said quickly gathering my things. "My sister got hit and I need to go see her she woke up just now." I explained.

She nodded, "I hope you're sister recovers well. Tell me how she is and maybe me and her could be friends! Just like me and you!" She said cheerfully.

"You and her will get along just fine, you and her both mimic each others personality. Now I have my hands full with two funny, crazy girls." I said joking at the crazy part, she seemed to notice.

She laughed and I noticed she has a little snort to her laugh and her nose scrunches up as she does.

I waved goodbye and made my way to my sister.

She's awake! She's really awake!!
