Chapter 3- Do you like him?

Honestly, not knowing whether you like someone or not, kills me. I had a huge biology test soon and I still couldn't focus. I look outside my window to check if Alec was home. But his bedroom lights were off. Alec lived a little far from my house, but I can see his bedroom from my window if I squint.

I slowly stuck my head out the window and I could smell a campfire. I realized that the Morgan family must be having another neighborhood camp fire again. I run downstairs and look outside across my street. There he was, Tyler Morgan cutting some wood for their camp fire. He wore a cut off shirt with ripped jeans. In my opinion, he was considered the hottest senior of all times. Right, when I started to day dream about Tyler, his girlfriend Rozzie jumped on his back. I know weird name, but she still was perfect. Her brown hair was long and wavy. It wasn't ugly though they were perfect beach waves. He picks Rozzie off his back and smiles, "You are going in the pool."

She squealed, "Put me down Mr. Meanie." She laughed and he spun her around and he threw her in his pool. She jumps out giggling, "You are so dead Mr." She ran after him and found a big pile of mud caused by a storm earlier. She picks up a pile of mud and threw a huge clump of mud towards his back.

He picked her up and spun her around, "I love you Rozzie."

"I love you too," she giggled. Rozzie wasn't only gorgeous, but she was the sweetest girl I ever met. Everyone was friends with her and everyone loved her. I meet her last year at Matt Morgans graduation party. She was newer to the area so she just started going to Armor Hill High; the same high school I went. My dog started barking at my neighbors cat.

"Shit, not again," I whispered under my breath. I ran outside to chase the little chubby thing.

As I finally caught my pup and put him inside Rozzie saw me and screams my name, "Skylar! I haven't seen you in ages. Come over and hang with us and the neighbors." She ran across the street into my driveway and gave me a big hug.

"Hi, Rozzie!"

"Call me Rozz. My friends call me that," she smiled.

Ugh, why was she so perfect? It's not fair. I pulled away from her hug, "Hey so how have you been?" Her happiness sometimes overwhelmed me, but it was a lot better than being a bitch.

"I have been good. Just hanging with Tyler and his neighbors."

"Cool,"I smiled.

"So..come over," she grabs my hand and starts pulling me over toward the Morgans house.

"Um I don't know. I have a huge bio test this week."

"Awe really? Darn."

"Yeah sorry."

She pulled me again," Come on Skylar. Take a break." She looked at me, "I am the only girl here. Please Sky."

"Fine but only for a little." We walk into Tyler's backyard and a lot of my hot neighbors were sitting there especially Alec.

Wyatt smiled at me and winked, "Hey sexy." We use to have that Middle school relationship.

"Shut up Wyatt," Alec said. "Be respectful to her."

Rozzie shot Wyatt a dirty glare, " Really Wyatt."

"Okay, okay." he bit his lip, "Maybe later, Skylar."

Alec looked at him, "Dude, seriously shut up."

Tyler walked over with wood in his arms and smiled, "Hey, Skylar."

My heart melted, "Um Hey."

He smiled, "It's been a while since I have seen you."

"Yeah, it has," I giggled and blushed.

Rozzie and Alec start to catch on to the tension and jumped up. Alec said, "Anybody up for a football game." Alec winked at me and smirked, "You girls can be the cheerleaders.

I push him, "Hell no, I can play football in my sleep."

Alec smiles, "What about you Rozzie?"

Rozzie looked down at her bare feet, "I think I will watch."

"Sounds good to me babe," Tyler puts his arm over her shoulder.

"I call being a captain," I yelled

Alec yelled, "Me too"

"Me first. Tyler, you are on my team."

Alec said, "Wyatt."

We finished picking are teams and started playing football. Alec finally had the ball and I ran as fast as I could and tackled him. "Not bad for a girl." He smiled. I laid over top of his broad shoulders.

We held our gaze for a whole minute. Until Wyatt got the ball and I jumped off Alec to regain focus.

As I chased after Wyatt and all their whole team Alec runs after me and pick me up.

"Not fair," I yelled.

"So is," he looked at me.

He started carrying me towards the pool. "No, Alec."

While holding me he jumps into the pool.

As I came up from the water I yell, "Alec you are so dead." I splash him in the face. We started splashing each other so much that I totally forgot about our football game.

Tyler and Rozzie run over and Tyler starts to take off Rozzie's shirt since she was prepared; she wore a bikini. They both jump in the pool and soon came all 6 other boys.

It started to get dark and we all just sat around the camp fire. I sat there and I slowly started to fall asleep in my chair. It was peaceful. Nobody was talking. Everyone just sat there quietly. I kept drifting off until I completely fell asleep and when I woke up I was in a bed that wasn't mine.
