: she is a burnout who struggles with her mental health and has trust issues. She is main character who is your iconic happy and sweet smart girl whos to hard on herself. She doesn't understand her emotions but hides it by making jokes and distracting herself .
- Norwin mandozes
: he is a humorous young man who can not focus in school he's a troublesome teen that skips his class stays after school and dose not care about people's opinions on him . His favorite subjects in school tho are theater and chemistry. And altho he skips many classes he still passes his class's due to his high IQ. He is the childhood best friend of Vivian and is 16 but flunked a grade due to his bad attendance and had to repeat his 2nd year of high school.
- Author lane
: he is a rude young man who thinks it's ok to play around whith people's emotions and creat insults. He is the ex boyfriend of 3 years to Vivian and has caused great trauma to the young girl. He is aggressive and has anger issues ltho he still "play fights" whith friends he is in his first year of high school and transfers to Vivians school. He makes an attempt to get Vivian back and make her hs play toy like he did in the past.
- Rose winds
: she is a close friend of Vivian and has a older sister feel she helps out her friends and is the kind to be blunt and fight bullies she is a joking friend whith a grate. Sense of humor and personality. She is in her second year of high school and is 15 Turing 16 later on in the book.
- Ashton browns
: He is a 14-year-old boy who enjoys dark humor and has a bright mind with high intelligence he is a friend of Vivian and Norwinds and holds a bright future just bad with first impressions making it hard to make friends and hard for others to understand him he turns 15 early on in the book. He eventually brings memories that vivivian shuts out on accident. But over time eventually helps her move pass the things holding her down
