Chapter 5

Monday came, suryeon's official first day as Logan Lee's Secretary

[Suryeon's house]

suryeon woke up with the sound of her alarm, it's finally her first day! she excitedly preparing her things as if she'll impress everyone in the office.

"What should I wear" looking at her closet full of formal suits

"Beige? Light blue? White?" everything's fit in her but she chose the white suit and a black pair of heels for her first day

leaving exactly at 7:30am suryeon use her car going to lee corp company, but she didn't expect that there's a traffic on her way to office..

[Lee Corp Company]

everyone in the company was busy, It's monday and it's a normal sight for everyone there..

Logan arrives at exactly 8:30am, he didn't see suryeon who supposedly be the first one to greet him 

"She's not here yet?" he thought getting irritated

meanwhile..

"Gosh I didn't know there's a traffic I am late now" suryeon didn't know what to do

"should I run? but what about my car? oh no"

it's 9am already and suryeon still didn't arrive at office

Logan is getting irritated again, indeed he is very strict when it comes to work especially in Time.

suryeon is running with all her might, she sweats a lot and gasping for an air

"Good morning sir, I'm sorry there's a tra--" before she could finish logan spoke

"What are your reasons to be late at your very first day of work as my secretary?" almost shouting and while raising his brows

"I'm sorry sir, I leave exactly 7:30am knowing there's no traffic but I was wrong, sir I'm sorry It won't happen again" suryeon is nervous

Logan can't help it but to hear her common reasons.. he heard it for several times and for the past years before suryeon

"It's your first day, I'm disappointed but what can I do? here's the list of work you'll do for me, review it and study further your job" logan said

he handed the paper to suryeon who obviously was nervous and tired because of her sweat on her forehead.
