"We are already very grateful to you because you saved us and you also respect us. Though Miss Wen is our relative but still she's an aristocrat and so are you, whereas we are common villagers. So if you both want to marry, we are more than happy." A Wen Granny, Wen Hong said.
WY and WQ did not tell them the real reason of their marriage. Wen Ning was also very happy and started running here and there to help the people in preparation of the marriage of his sister and Soul brother 🤣.

"Master Wei, as you know I and A-Ning are twins, so when we were 3years old our mother bought us a pair of hair pin for each of our spouses. Since now you are my husband, please accept this hairpin.

After a minute or two he slept on her shoulder crying. She too cried softly after putting him on the bed as she , herself could only relate to a bit of the sorrow Wei Ying had felt.

Just when she was about to lie beside him, she heard him mumble something in his sleep,
"La.... Lan Zhan.... I'm sorry.... I had to marry her to save the Wens.... Please don't hate me... Please.... Ple..." Wei Ying mumbled in his sleep and again cried a bit.

Wen Qing knew he didn't like her in a romantic way, but she didn't know he loved Lan Wangji and forced himself to marry her to save the Wens, as he casually wanted to marry her.
She wasn't still angry at him but pitied him as she couldn't follow his heart and internally laughed (the sarcastic laugh) at her own fate .
She married the person she loved,
But the love of the person she married wasn't her.

She stared at her beloved for long, until she slept.
Wen Ning had heard everything as he was right at the entrance of the cave. He was actually going to the cave to congratulate his sister and brother in law as he was so happy happy of their marriage. When he was about to enter he heard his sister's voice and thought of congratulating them tomorrow but when he heard his brother in law he was startled by his words. After some time of hearing everything he came back to his senses.
His brother-in-law was already his favorite and hearing his words, he respected and admired him even more.
