Chapter Five

No Shadow Tonight?

I called Sonic using my phone. I was waiting for him to answer as I crossed my arms. "Answer the call, Damn it..." I groaned. "Hurry, Shadow." Rouge said. I nodded with an annoyed face.

"Hello?" I heard Sonic answered. Thank goddess of damn. "Hello Sonic, I won't be at home tonight, okay? I have a mission to finish. Maybe I'll arrive there at midnight or whatever. Also, go get some sleep tonight and DON'T wait for me." I said. "Yes, Master." He said. "Good." I smiled.

Meanwhile, Rouge and I were in Eggman's base. We started exploring the place and took some pictures of the location.

|Sonic's pov|

I can't believe it... I have to be alone tonight. "It's just nine am!" I complained. "Oh well." I continued with a sigh. "Maybe I should go out and hang out with Tails and Knuckles... Yeah, YEAH!" I smiled and went to the guest room and changed my clothes. Soon, I went downstairs and left Shadow's house.

Once I reached Tails' house, I knocked his door and waited for him to come out. "Tails! Buddy! It's me Sonic!" I called. No answer. "Tails!" I yelled. "C-coming!" I heard him answered. Thank goddess of shit...

"There you are! Mind to go to Angel Island?"

"Sure! Come on! Follow me, let's use my plane!"

"Alright!"

We went at his backyard and sat on the plane's back seat, while Tails sat on the driver's seat. "Ready for take off?" He asked. I nodded. Then, we took off.

Once we arrived Angel Island, we saw Knuckles seated near the Master Emerald. I grinned and whispered something to Tails. He laughed and nodded.

We landed at Angel Island, Tails landed the plane near the Master Emerald. Knuckles opened his eyes and gasped. He fainted. The plane was one five centimeters neat his face. Tails and I laughed hard and got off the plane. I slapped Knuckles and he woke up. "DAMN YOU SONIC!" He yelled. I laughed.

Soon, Tails and I planned to leave Angel Island because it was already eight thirty at the night. Of course, we left and went home.

Once we arrived Tails' home, I left and went to my house. "Bye Tails!" I smiled and waved. "Bye Sonic!" He smiled and waved back. I dashed towards Shadow's house and went straight to the guest room. I changed my clothes back and dusted my so called Maid Dress. "Please come home soon, Shadow." I sighed. I went to the kitchen and prepared Swiss Rolls. I smiled as I started to cook.

After cooking, I grabbed a paper and wrote a letter for my master. "Only for you. Done!" I smiled and went up to the guest room. I yawned and slept peacefully while smiling.
