"Fake date" Fred Weasley x y/n

Chapter III

~Fred pov~

Lee was eating a chocolate frog and telling stories about his summer when someone's head fell on my shoulder. I looked over to see y/n, George and Lee hadn't stopped talking, too distracted, as I admired her. She's amazing, I recalled the first time we meet.

(Flashback)
"Fred?! I'm George!" I snickered at my mom
"Really woman you call yourself our MOTHER" George smiled
"Sorry George, you first" Mom smiled sheepishly. I smiled at George as I ran to the brick wall
"Just kidding I am Fred" I laughed as I went thru the wall to platform 9 3/4. As i did I bumped into a girl, a Slytherin (sorry if you aren't a Slytherin) from our grade. I'd seen her walking out of Snape's last year. "Sorry" she said pushing the y/h/c hair out of her face reveling her y/e/c eyes. She was beautiful. I could feel my face getting red.
"No that was totally my fault" I said blushing "I-I'm Fred-"
"Fred Weasley" she finished "I've heard all about you" I blushed at the comment, since when did I blush "I'm Y/n L/n"
"Well, nice to meet you y/n/n" I smirked
"Y/n/n?" She asked
"A nickname, you know the one's friends have" I smiled awkwardly. I'm such an idiot, friends? We just meet!
"Oh" she said "Sorry, I've never really had a friend" Never had a friend?!
"Ig you do now y/n/n" I smiled as George walked up behind me. "This is my brother George! George this is y/n"

"fred, FRED!" George snapped me back to reality "your starring again" Lee and him were smirking at each other
"Was not!" I defended
"You were~" Lee teased "when are you going to ask her out?"
"Shhh-" I said "she might be awake!!"
"We both know she's fast asleep" George smiled at me. "Sooo~ Freddie when you gonna tell her~"

"There's nothing to tell" I lied shamelessly, Lee and George knew I liked y/n, hell pretty much EVERYONE knew I fancied her
"Other than the fact you head over heels~" Lee snickered while George made kissy faces . I felt my face get hot.

"SHUT IT" I said frustrated.

"Huh?" Y/n asked rumbling her eyes. HOW LONG WAS SHE AWAKE!!!

"Oh sorry y/n/n, didn't mean to wake you" George smiled innocently "Freddie's just a little ... Exited" He winked at me as I stared daggers at him. Y/n looked at me, realizing she'd fallen asleep on my shoulder she quickly got up
"Sorry!" She said flustered. She was so cute when she was flustered.
"No problem, love" I grinned "You go back to bed" I rested her head on my shoulder with my hand and within minutes she was back asleep.
" 'no problem LoVe'." George mocked putting Lee's head on his shoulder
"Oh Fred, my hero" Lee snickered as I threw pumpkin paisties at them.

Y/n pov

I was talking with Lee when the train came to a sudden stop. The lights went out and we all looked around the compartment confused. Frost grew on the windows and a dark figure passed the compartment. The ones from my dream! I quickly grabbed Fred's hand as the creature looked in and glided past. I felt awful, as if all the happiness was sucked out of the air. As it left the compartment became warm again, the frost melted and the room felt, happy if that makes since. The lights slowly flickered back on and a message came over the intercom

      All passengers to Hogwarts,
    Our train will be at a temporary stop until all dementors are off the train. We will be at Hogwarts in 30 minutes.

     "30 minutes?" Lee complained but I wasn't paying attention. Dementors, dementors...

     "y/n, y/n, Y/n, Y/N" Fred shook me back to reality. "Your crushing my hand" He grinned sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck as I looked down at my hand; intertwined with his.

     "I'm so sorry" I stuttered ripping my hand away. That's so embarrassing!
 
      "No you can hold my hand if you want to" Fred reassured "you where just cutting of my circulation." He gently grabbed my hand and softly intertwined our fingers again. I blushed at the interaction looking up at him. He had that stupid contagious grin on his face "See, much better!"

    "T-thanks Freddie" I almost Arvada Kedarvaed myself right then and there for stuttering. His brown eyes glittered with flecks of amber and green.

    "OOooOoOhHHhHhHhh~" Lee and George teased as Fred and I quickly tore our hands apart again. "Shut up!" I said covering my face from embarrassment.
