*Evan's pov*

this afternoon at school was awesome in science class we are going to do a project and i surprisingly got paired with Gregory! Our project is to build a reference of the solar system which I've done  before in first grade so we decided that we were gonna go to the mall for supplies only thing is we have to ask our parents i texted my dad and of course he said yes the Gregory after awhile he looked up frowning then shook his head no then laughed he said "I'm playing she said yes"

of course we were happy we got to spend the afternoon together Gregory said that Vanessa can drive us to the mall since my father was at work after school we walked to Gregory's house and Vanessa had the car ready already she was excited she proceeded to say "you ready to have a day out with your boyfr-" as Gregory hushed her "WE AREN'T BOYFRIENDS JUST FRIENDS PLUS WE NEED SUPPLIES FOR THE PROJECT" said Gregory as Vanessa laughed alright let's go. I was bummed i want something with Gregory but he'll probably think I'm weird what if he's straight? When we got to the mall Vanessa had stopped us and gave us 50 bucks she said "if you want anything else" Gregory declined the money but Vanessa wouldn't let us leave untill he took it i was laughing because they were arguing eventually he took the money as Vanessa drove off as we head inside we looked for the art store we headed inside as we looked around we found foam balls we grabbed a few and got some paint we ended up only spending 23 dollars there since Gregory got big tubes of paint and the balls for the planets we went to eat at a dairy queen we decided to get a ice cream when Gregory came back with the ice creams i noticed he only had one he gave it to me i asked "why didn't you get one?" He said we're going to share as he smirked i didn't get it until i started licking the ice cream he asked for some then that's when it hit me i blushed a little i gave it to him and we went to a store Gregory got his ears pierced which he was gonna keep hidden in his hair since he had fluffy hair he got me a plushie it was a turtle plushie it was my new favorite as Gregory called Vanessa i went to look around and got lost i was scared i lost Gregory when i went back to the spot he was at he wasn't there anymore i forgot my phone in my backpack which was in Vanessa's car i kept looking around he was nowhere to be seen the i saw someone familiar my math teacher i walked up to him he said "hey" i said "HI UH DO YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE WITH YOU?-" i asked shyly he said "yes right here, why?" I proceeded to ask if i could call someone then felt a tap on my shoulder i turned around and Gregory was standing right there i quickly hugged him "I WAS WORRIED ABOUT YOU YOU WALKED OFF NOT TELLING ME ANYTHING" he said as i cried a bit because he was yelling i hate yelling because when my mom was with my father my mom and father would argue until mom packed her stuff then left..Gregory didn't know about that i didn't really blame him "s-sorry" i said he then realized i was crying

he then asked why then told him that i don't like yelling and why he apologized as we left the mall
