"Who are you to Peaches James" the doctor says "I'm here boyfriend & the father of her baby" he says "What baby? Peaches is pregnant?" Jay says as his blood pressure go through the roof. "Ok you both come with me into this room" she says as she goes into a room with them & they sit down "Ok first things first Peaches is fine & the baby is fine we got the bleed to stop lucky you brought her in here when you because if you hadn't she would've had a miscarriage. She is resting right now but make sure she stays relaxed & claim. We don't wanna give her anything until she wakes up but we are gonna give her some prenatal vitamins in case the baby's iron is low otherwise she is in room 67 resting please don't wake her" the doctor says as she leaves the room.

"I fucking trusted yo ass with her & you put her in the hospital" Jay says as he clenched his jaws "Why are you blaming me I promise I would protect her Jay I gave you my word on that I haven't broke it, I love her man what's wrong wit me wanting to be with her, you've known for the longest how much I wanted to be with her now that I have her you tryna take her from me. Now you ain't gonna cuz there's a baby involved I ain't gonna go no where & tell Tina to stop pinning your baby on me" he say as she walks out the room.

He goes to Peaches room to see her sleeping. He pulls a chair next to her bed & holds her hand he kisses it softly.

Jay walks in the room he looks at his sister & he sees her small belly poking out through the blanket "Can we talk out real quick" Jay asks Ty "No I wanna be with her right now maybe tomorrow I ain't tryna fight you again" Ty tells him as he takes off his jacket, Jay storms out the room.

As he left the hospital he makes a stop & knocks on the door. She opens the door "Jay?" Tina says "T" he says dryly "When did you get out?" She ask as he lets himself in "A couple days ago" he replies "I missed......." she gets off when Jay backslaps her "Why the fuck you tryna pin my son on Ty for? I told you what was gonna go down before he was born & you tryna get a little bread using my blood" he says as he looks at her with disgust "NIGGA YOU WAS LOCKED UP!!! What the fuck was I supposed to do I didn't have anything no money, food I should've aborted him!! I should've listened to my mother then to have a baby with no good asshole like you!!" She yells out he attacks her all his rage & anger you begins to take it out on her leaving her bloody & beaten he is standing over her as she is trying to breath he goes into his sons room & picks him up taking all of his clothes into one bag & his shoes in another "You better not even think about following me" he says to her as he kicks her one last time he leaves with his son.

Ty fell asleep in the chair & Peaches begins to wake up she opens her eyes too see Ty asleep in the chair she looks around she takes a look at her stomach to see a small bump there she touches it & smiles as she turns over Tyree wakes up "Hey mamas how you feeling?" He says as he kisses her hand "Better is the baby?" She asks with a concerned look on her face "The baby is fine Peach all you gotta focus ok right now is your health. I love you Mamas" he says to her as he holds her face kissing her softly "Does Jay know I'm here?" She asks "Yeah" he tells as he covers with her with blanket.

"I hope your mother isn't upset that I ruined her dinner" she says with a sad face "Nah mamas you good she just wanted to know if you & her grand baby is good" He tells her with a big smile on his face she moves over "Lay down with me please" she asks him "I can't mamas the hospital says it aloud" he says in his little kids voice making her laugh "And since when did you ever follow the rules?" she asks. They both bust out laughing & he crawls in bed with her & holds her tightly "I am just happy that you & my baby good I don't know what I would do something happened to ether one of you" he tells as he kisses the top of her head she holds on to him.

Jay is in his apartment with his son completely not even bothered about what he had done to Tina, he is watching his play with his toys & all he can think about is Peaches, the baby & what is gonna happen between him & Ty since they have been friends for such a long time he was coming to his senses maybe he is really being a little out of hand with his anger. "Daddy" Jay Jay says to his father "Yeah big man?" He asks his son shares his cookie with him "You eat it little man" he tells him.

6 weeks later

Peaches's belly is growing she is 5 months now. She hasn't seen Jay in almost a month, with Ty working with his father she is making it her business to see her brother.

She is knocking on the door, Jay opens the door "Hey come in" he says to her she walks in to see kid stuff everywhere "What is all this? Why do you have kids toys everywhere?" She asks "Peaches remember when I locked up I told you that there are something's that should be left unsaid?" He tells her "Yeah?" She says with a face "You know how me & Tina use to date before I got locked up?" He says to her "Jay what is it spit it out already because I don't have all da..." she gets cut off when Jay comes into the room with his son & Peaches remembers the baby from the day when Tina came to the house "HE'S YOUR SON & you never told me about him after you pitched a bitch about Ty getting me pregnant, you think he should've been left unsaid what the fuck Jay" she snaps "I didn't think he was my son but then I had a DNA done & he's mine but Ty is a dirty ass nigga he promised he wouldn't touch since your my baby sister" he says to her "IM NOT A BABY ANYMORE IMA GROWN UP JAY SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN IN PRISON ALL I HAD WAS TY OUT HERE WITH ME, YOU NEED TO GET OVER THE FACT ME & TY ARE TOGETHER & THIS BABY IS COMING BUT YOUR Acting like Ty is the worst guy in the world if he was why would he have done the things he has done for me & you call him foul when the only foul person in this situation is you, what else have you been lying to me about do you have any other laying around some where I haven't seen you in weeks & you don't call anymore. Ty isn't changing it you Jay" she says as she storms out the door holding on to her belly as the tears fall from her eyes she calls Ty "Hey mamas right no..." He hears her crying "Mamas you good?" He asks "No" she says "Whats wrong is the baby alright?" He asks as he standing up from the chair "Can you please come get me from Jays condo" she sniffs wiping her tears "I'll be there in 15 minutes alright mamas don't go no where" he says to her "I won't thank you" she says "You good mamas" he tells her.

They hang up

"Dad I gotta go but I'll be back my girl needs me" he tells his father "When I am gonna meet this young woman she is the mother to my grandchild Tyree" he asks "Come with me then" he says to him "Alright let me clean up a little & we'll leave" he tells him.
