When he says "I don't wanna hear about him, in these songs you continue to write" that could be directed to Taylor writing about joe or when Taylor writing about Calvin (which I'm pretty sure never happened) but maybe he was saying he didn't want Taylor to write about Calvin before she actually wrote about him, (hope that make sense lol).
"I was with you when you wrote that line, it was me you had on your mind" I'm guessing he was there when Taylor was writing a song that was supposed to be about him (maybe a song on reputation, who knows)

then he says "You know I'm trouble, I'm trouble with you" most likely replying to Taylor's song "I Knew You Were Trouble"
