Chapter three: The Hauntings

After Jacob started haunting the violent prison, more and more officers and prisoners started disappearing without a trace, it was almost like magic. It was around 12am and the officers were having to switch their night shifts, suddenly a high pitch scream echoed around the halls. Everyone stood in shock for a second before all the officers started to panic and check everyone wasn't injured or worse. They all stood in horror as they realized all the prisoners were fast asleep. If it wasn't the prisoners then, who was it?

It was 20th June and the chief had hired some ghost investigators to see what exactly was going on inside the prison. 7am when the investigators arrived and went to set everything up. The chief had told the investigators about all the deaths there other than the main suicide, Johns' suicide.

The investigators went to the most haunted spots in the prison: the isolation room and cell 659(Jacob's cell). They went to the cell first and carried out the Estes method (the Estes method is where you put noise cancelling headphones on whilst listening to a spirit box. You would ask the spirit or entity questions and let them answer). They called out a few times asking who was haunting the cell room yet got no answer for 30 minutes straight, it felt like a lifetime. Around an hour later, they asked for a name, no response for five minutes then heard something scream "Jacob". They asked for the full name, and they got it. Jacob William Scott. They asked the chief who it was, and he finally admitted it was one of the prisoners who had killed themselves. The investigators got quite mad but carried on with the investigation. They started heading to the isolation room and heard a sudden scream echoing around the stone-cold building. A cold shiver went through them all then suddenly one of the investigators got thrown across the hallway. They all ran after her then called an ambulance to come and help her. Sadly, the ghost investigators were kicked out of the building, not being told the reason behind it. No one actually knows what's roaming the halls, all they know is that it was never welcome to stay and it's no longer in spirit form like it once was, it became a lot worse.
