Muichiro never fought upper 1 and the medicine Tamayo made never worked and after the fight with Muzan Nezuko had met up with Muichiro by bumping into him and they became close friends.
FLASHBACK TO TANJIRO BEFORE HE SAW NEZUKO AND MUICHIRO SLEEP*
Tomioka and the other two hashiras that are alive are being treated because they had lot some body parts, and Tanjiro was with Kanao telling her that he had something to tell her.
TANJIRO POV
"Hey kanao! We are freed and even though i failed to turn Nezuko human, I'm happy either way." I say to Kanao smiling. Kanao had squeezed her hands and eyes. Then she had said...."I-I....Tanjiro? I-I love you...." In the cutest voice in the world. I then blushed so hard and then told her I loved her too and hugged her. I hadn't found Nezuko yet so when Kanao had went to sleep I went to look for Nezuko. After an hour I had no luck, but......once I found her I had saw her and Muichiro sleeping and she was lying her head on his shoulder. "Y O U W I L L M E E T G O D" I said while Muichiro was waking up. I would be the one to take him to his grave but Nezuko said they were just friends. So I just said ok and told Muichiro he still wasn't safe. And went back to Kanao.
PRESENT TIME MUICHIRO POV
When Tanjiro said that Nezuko was going with him because he was to scared now that she is still demon and most likely to be the only demon on earth, she would be in danger of the mean slayers who want this to end now that demons can't be made anymore. So I said yes but she tugged on my sleeve and then grabbed my leg. I don't know why she did that but it looked like she didn't want to leave my side for a second. "MM MM!!" Nezuko said angrily to Tanjiro. Then I had asked Tanjiro if the three of us could just have a good time and just play. He agreed and Nezuko tapped Tanjiro saying "tag your it!" Nezuko and I run holding hands running from Tanjiro. But little did we know the blonde haired boy was looking at me and Nezuko holding hands and came and said "Hey you! Stop taking my fantasy!" I stare at him being really confused but then he said "I object this marriage" Me and Nezuko turn so red we looked like cherrys or apples. "Zenitsu...we are not married" Nezuko said in an annoyed voice wile blushing hard. "GOOD" Zenitsu and Tanjiro said madly. "so Nezuko? how bout we go back to the butterfly mansion?" I say trying to stop blushing. "Sure!" Nezuko says while she stops blushing. We both swipe our hands holding it with the other hand trying not to hold each others hand.

"So what now?" Nezuko says looking bored. "How about I dress as a demon and you dress as a human?" I say. "Alright!" Nezuko says.

My nose bleeds seeing Nezuko's adorable outfit. And Nezuko blushes a little seeing me as a demon. We both complement each others outfit while blushing. And a little time later we start playing outside waiting for Tanjiro to come to the butterfly mansion and when we both get tired we sit down trying to catch our breath. Then we laugh and then we just wait there until Tanjiro comes. "Mui-kun?" Nezuko says while trying to look down to cover her pink face. "I did say I liked someone..." My face turns pink knowing she has already said it was me. "Its-" She was interrupted by blonde haired freak. "NEZUKO MARRY MEEEEEEEEEE" The simp said running towards us. I was about to get up and run while holding her hand but she grabbed my hand and ran with me with Zenitsu chasing us. Then my heart skipped a beat twice.
We run and run and Nezuko says that she will tell me who she liked on friday. I blushed sooo hard. I was going to have a girlfriend for the very first time?! What do I do?! I knew I had a crush on her ever sence we met and knew she liked me back but I never had a girlfriend before! Well first things first I need Tanjiro and Zenitsu to stop getting mad when me and Nezu-chan hang out. "Can I call you Nezu?" I say to her. "Ok but now ima call you Mui!" She says with a friendly smile. I blush and we continue running but Zenitsu gave up because he was to tired.
