2 weeks have passed like this. Wanda has recovered now. Strange had helped her a lot in recovering both from her mental and physical trauma. Wanda had developed a strong bond with him. She starts Loving him but for Strange, there is nothing like this. He cares for Wanda but he never saw her that way. He did whatever wanda asked him to do but he always made her clear about their relationship boundaries. Wanda also accepted it and due to this They both do sleep by cuddling in each other every day but there is nothing more physical than this between them

One day

Stephen opens his eyes and looks beside her. Wanda was sleeping peacefully while hugging him, a smile appeared on his face automatically. She looks adorable while sleeping. Indeed, there is some connection established between them. It's not romantic from his side but still, there is something.

Wanda opens her eyes and notices his gaze.
"Doctor, what happened?" She asks
" Nothing I was just watching you sleeping " He replies honestly

Wanda chuckles and speaks " Are you flirting with me? "

She cuts him off " Yeah I know we both can not be In a romantic relationship you can not see me like that and " Wanda gives him a teasing like " I don't want a rude and old husband like you so don't you think that I am dying for being your gf "

" Old "Stephen rolls his eyes " I think you should stop making me your pillow" Stephen sighs

Listening to this wanda loses all colour of her face. She hugs him more tightly
" No, I feel good while hugging you" She innocently replies.

"But I am not gonna be with you always wanda. " Stephen continues

Wanda doesn't reply to anything. Strange treats her like a child, They have a huge age gap after all. She knows very well that he will never love her. Neither she expects this from him as he had made it clear a long time ago.

" Stop ur lecture Doctor " Wanda angrily speaks.

" That's why you act like my father" She rolls her eyes while speaking

Stephen broke the hug and gets up from bed " Wanda I talked with Clea. She told me that now you are safe from chthon. Without dark hold, he can not come into this dimension nor he can control you but you may lose ur many magic abilities which you learnt from dark hold" He speaks

"I can not use my magic till now. Whenever I try to do it's hurt so badly and most of time i fails to do anything even after tolerating pain" She pouts

" She said it will take 2 months after that it will not hurt " He replies
Stephen pauses" Wanda clea will be staying here from tomorrow for some days"

" Oh that's good, " She smiles. Clea is a nice woman who helped her a lot in clearing all these mishaps.
Stephen hesitates a little " Wanda I may be not able to sleep with you after her arrival"

Wanda knows he likes clear. It did hurt her a lot but still, she accepted it. He gave her everything which she asked but forcing him to reciprocate her feelings is cruel.
