Kazuha and Tomo were inseparable. Kazuha never had a bond with anyone the way he did with Tomo. What commoners considered 'friends', wasn't the norm for him. Making friends was hard, considering he was almost always on the run for causing some kind of trouble. Living in Inazuma under the rule of the Raiden Shogun was strict. Especially regarding the Vision Hunt Decree. The Vision Hunt Decree was Tomo's worst enemy. The bane of his existence. Tomo always challenged the Raiden Shogun's decisions. He always wanted to face her one-on-one to witness her Musou no Hitotatchi fighting ability for himself. That was until he did. Tomo finally became fed up with the way Inazuma was being run. Tomo was quickly obliterated by the Shogun's ability. Kazuha was in shock. He witnessed it right in front of his eyes. His best friend. Dead. He managed to swipe Tomo's vision before running away. That was 5 months ago. No one's heard from Kazuha since.
