My Shogunate Army was gathered outside the Tenshukaku. After I received word from Kujou Sara that all of my troops had finished gathering, I stepped out. I cleared my throat for a moment before beginning to speak. "My soldiers, whether you are aware of this or not does not matter, there is new information to be given. Recently, a vigilante has been running around Inazuma at night, kidnapping and possibly murdering your fellow soldiers. We do not know this person's name; however, we do have an eyewitness that can describe their appearance." I stepped back and gestured for our special guest to step forward and speak. She smiled and nodded at me reassuringly. Our special guest was none other than, Guuji Yae.

She took a deep breath and looked around at my army. "I unfortunately could not catch an astonishing look at our culprit; however, their hair is multicolored and around shoulder length. They wore all black and wielded an electro vision. They also carried a polearm with them. I sincerely apologize for not having much information, I do hope this can help in some way." Guuji Yae stepped away, and walked by me, brushing my shoulder on the way out. She stopped walking abruptly.

I turned around and looked at her. "Is something the matter, Lady Miko?" I asked, my eyebrows raised slightly.

"I fear our culprit is stronger than we know, Ei. Keep your eyes peeled, we may have to step in to stop them." Yae replied after turning around to face me, her face showing a clear look of concern. She nodded at me once more, giving a slight bow, and turning around, walking out and returning to the Narukami Shrine, hopefully to keep trying to find out who's causing all of this.

I walked back out to my gathered troops. "You are dismissed. Any information is to go directly to either me or Lady Miko. Is that understood?" I held a stern look on my face, hoping to intimidate them.

The troops replied almost instantly, "Yes, Ma'am!"

"Good, so we're on the same page. Now keep your eyes peeled. And don't disappoint me." I turned around and walked into the Tenshukaku. As soon as I stepped in, I immediately started to think to myself. 'How could this culprit have an electro vision. Who have I given electro visions to in Inazuma? How could I let this happen under my surveillance?' I shook these thoughts off rather quickly and kneeled down. Trying to focus on my surroundings, trying to focus on my past. There I sat in the Tenshukaku for a small while. Meditating to the best of my abilities. Let's hope this works.
