"Answer me!" he shouted

I was shocked when he shouted but I think of myself first. Everyone is staring at us. That's what I am afraid of. That everyone will see him shouting and they will tell my brothers about it. I don't want them to get the wrong idea-

"Why are you shouting at my sister?" Changbin asked from behind me

They are here.

"Don't tell them. I'll explain" I mouthed

I don't want them to think that Sunghoon hurt me. I am afraid that I won't be able to defend Sunghoon, since I can't tell what really happened.

"You're making it worse" Minho said to Changbin

"Please" I mouthed again

He closed his eyes as he sigh deeply.

"Why did you shout at her?" Chan asked Sunoo

I covered my neck with my hair and turned around to face them "It's nothing. We just had a misunderstanding. I am fine"

"We never shouted at you, unless it's a serious matter and things can't be handled easily" Chan told me with no expression at all

Sunoo bowed "I'm sorry. I was just asking her about last night. She didn't show up at the cafe since we agreed to meet there. We were so worried to the point that we went to the police station. We ended up going home"

"Where did you go last night?" Chan asked me

"I went home"

"I didn't notice you-" Chan

"You were sleeping. Jake called me last night and asked about Hazley. I went to her room to check on her and she was there" Minho said

Chan nodded "But even if you guys are worried, you don't have the right to shout at her. Just so you know, she is in a relationship and even her boyfriend can't hurt her nor shout at her"

"Go back to the classroom. I'll talk to you later." I told Sunoo

Sunoo bowed again "I'm sorry. It won't happen again"

"You can't really do it again" Changbin warned him

He left to go to our classroom.

"You guys. Calm down. It's nothing serious. I understand why he did that and I was ignoring his questions and answering him sarcastically when I had the chance to. Maybe he lost his patience out of worry"

"But what he did is the problem. I don't care if he is worried, mad, sad, or not in the mood. He doesn't have the right to do that" Chan

"I know"

"And if your boyfriend finds out-" Minho

"She doesn't have a boyfriend-" Changbin wasn't able to finish as I stepped on his foot "Damn"

"What?" Minho

"Hazley, what is he saying?" Chan

"You guys, let's talk about it later. I'll explain, okay?"

"You better do" Minho

"Sorry" Changbin pouted

"Why are you guys here? This is not your building"

"Checking if you are here, and when we arrived a guy is shouting at you. What a great timing for us to arrive" Minho smirked

"You. You have something to explain as well"

"What did I do?" Minho raised his eyebrow

"I'll talk to you later too. For now, go back to your classrooms and I'll go back to mine"

Changbin messed up my hair and pinched my cheeks "Bye"

I nodded and watched them walk away.

I went back to the classroom and my friends were quiet and didn't even even try to ask me about what they saw. I sat and just scrolled through my phone trying to buy time.

Jungwon arrived from a vacation even though the vacation ended less than a week. I heard he went with his Dad on a business trip.

"Hashi" Jungwon whispered and waved at me

I smiled.

A smile appears on his face and he hurriedly sat beside me "Are you okay? What's happening?"

"I'm fine. I wasn't going to be harsh on you but I was shock when you guys saw the bruise"

"Will you tell me why you have that?" Jungwon

I can't tell them.

"We agreed to meet at the cafe since I talked to my ex-boyfriend. They went there first. When I was on my way there, I didn't notice a car approaching me, so I hurriedly jumped out of the way and I hit a rock when I fell. Luckily, it wasn't my head"

"That explains why" Jungwon said

I nodded "But can you keep it as a secret from my brothers? They haven't seen the bruise yet and I am worried that they will gone mad if ever they saw this"

"No worries. I won't spill anything" Jungwon smiled

"I promise to treat you to lunch"

"I'll say yes of course. You can't change your mind" he chuckled and went back to his seat

Would my brothers believe my reason like how Jungwon believed it easily? I doubt that. They will find every evidence just to prove my excuse, also, they will find that driver who did that. And worse, they might try to find a cctv to watch just to prove it really happened.

Anyway, I'm not going to be bothered by that for now. I have to think of ways on how to reconcile with them after what happened. I wanted to apologize. I know I was at fault.

But it's not easy for me to say sorry to others unless they are my brothers.

How am I supposed to tell them that I am sorry?
