This chapter its gonna be longer than expected.

Everybody  wants to get out of bed and have a great day, but many cant do that, due depression, lack of energy, not feeling like it..etc

Dont get me wrong, staying and sleeping and chilling all day, isnt a bad thing at all. I love doing so.

I just feel like, every day, we should make a small change in our daily routine.

Like.. In my case, going out more often. Studying more, eating healthy, 3 meals a day and 2 snacks, going to gym etc

Everybody has different goals they wanna achieve.
So.. Today i wanna make a difference.
Do something that makes you be proud and even if ur not seeing big changes or u think"oh this isnt that big of a deal".. Please dont bring yourself down. I am proud of you all, and anything u do, its a step forward closer to your goals🙏🏻❤️
