"AAH!"

Rosa sat up on her bed gasping and panting from the nightmare she had. She looked at her phone and it was 5:37am on a Saturday, thank goodness. Her work usually starts at 6 and it takes about an hour to reach there, so she gets up early to prepare and drive.

The sky was still dark and the room felt cold. Rosa then tried standing up to get something to eat but her legs felt like jelly, she could barely even stand up let alone walking to the kitchen.

She decided she'll eat later and let her body fall onto the soft warm and comfy bed. Ah, she feels like sleeping again. Though it is a weekend holiday, she promised Luke to go out together.

Speaking of Luke, she wonders what her dream meant. She's not very sure but she's very curious because she knows no such thing would happen, Luke would not do that to her. So why did she have that kind of dream?

A few seconds after thinking, Rosa got a call which startled her making her jump and falling off the bed.

"Ouch.. That hurts.."

Rosa got up, groaning from the pain and picking up the phone to see who was calling at such a time. Oh, it's Luke! What's he doing up so early on a weekend, though..? She wonders.

But she accepted the call immediately without hesitation only to hear the sound of someone sobbing on the other end of the phone.

It is, without a doubt, Luke sobbing and Rosa knows that. Ever since they were small, Luke would wake Rosa up while crying in the middle of the night if he ever had a nightmare, and she was always there for him.

Rosa waited for Luke to calm down but she only hear the sobbing continue getting louder and it doesn't seem like he's stopping anytime soon.

"Shhh it's okay, Luke. I'm here, I'm always here for you."

Luke calmed down a bit after hearing Rosa said that. He tried to speak, but the words that came out of his mouth sounded croaky.

"It's okay, Luke. You don't have to speak first. Drink some water yeah?"

Rosa didn't know what made him cry, but whatever the reason is, she'd be there for him no matter what to support him. Luke's end was silent for a moment, then she heard gulping sounds and Luke began talking.

"I'm.. Sorry, Rosa.." -Luke

"It's okay, what happened?" -Rosa

"I just.. I got a nightmare, hehe.. I'm okay now, thanks Rosa" -Luke

Lies. He's definitely not okay. Especially not with that tone of his.
Rosa knows, but

"Are you really okay?" -Rosa

"Mhm.. Yeah.. I'm okay now." -Luke

since he insisted that he's okay, she thought that he might not want to talk about it so she changed the topic and asked Luke about the plans they have for today.

"Oh, right! Remember that escape room we used to go often?" -Luke

"Yeah, the one down the road? What about it?" -Rosa

"Let's go together later around noon? I heard they have a new theme." -Luke

"Really? Sure! What's the theme about?" -Rosa

"That's a secret hehe~ Don't worry, I planned everything just follow me." -Luke

"Alright, My Sherlock." -Rosa

They laughed and chatted for some time, then ended the call. It was a good 1 hour and a half call. Now Rosa is fully awake but still hungry. She's pretty sure her legs work now so she head down the kitchen to grab some food.
