How does Paradise work?
- this timeline takes place in the Early Modern era
- this dimension's currency is a Beatpoint, with 1 Beatpoint corresponding to 1 cent and 100 Beatpoints corresponding to 1 Euro (in Euro because I'm European pls don't attack me)
- With English being the main language, there are other languages that are basically the English alphabet spoken with different a different font. (Because shapes don't have voices, they have this "beep boop beep" kinda thing so the only way I could make different languages for them is by changing the font-) (for example, English is in Blippo font, while another language in their dimension is spoken in the Arial font, etc)
- a corrupted Flower is called a Cactus. Change my mind
- the artist names in the original game are countries in Paradise with their most popular song being their capitals (I've been trying to divide them into continents but it's taking quite a while-)
- There are four gods: Geos, Melo, Lao and Dub (NO WAYYYY THE ANTAGONIST IS A GOD???1?1?1?1?)
(You'll learn more about the gods later in the story)

Shapes:
A "shape" in Paradise is basically a human on earth. A shape has most aspects of a human, some differences being their perfectly geometrical head that's detached from their neck, their non-existent arms and randomly floating hands, the absence of literally half the organs of a human and a gem-like "organ" (I guess you could call it that?) on their chest. They also have the ability to make their bodies disappear, leaving only their head and hands. This ability allows them to swim decent distances (as seen in the first ever episode of normal tpc), have enhanced agility and of course, have a smaller size if they have to squeeze in somewhere. Though, they can only stay in this form for about 10 minutes.
All shapes (excluding flowers) are naturally born with an ability/weapon that progressively gets stronger as they grow.

There are four types of shapes in Paradise: Flowers, Polygons (because the term "Polyhedron" and some other synonyms already exist as someone else's name (Quintagon and Hexagram's dad) (Hexahedron as Cube's last name) and other), Monsters and Heroes/Guardians (and animals, well- they're animals)
- Flowers, along with Polygons are the most common species of shapes, with 40% of the population each. Flowers are the only shapes that are mostly weaponless and it's very rare for a Flower to get a weapon (Lythorus is indeed a lucky one aye?)
- Monsters are cyclops shapes that naturally have an abnormal height/size, but they can change their size at will. They can shoot beams from their eye and usually have abilities affiliated with Greek mythology. About 20% of the population are monsters
- Heroes are miniature shapes that the tree itself created. Heroes are fragile like glass and thus will die/shatter after being hit by the pink corruption 6 times, but once matured, they will have the ability to heal themselves once after a fight. Heroes have three stages of their life: Baby, Child, and Teen. They can upgrade a stage when matured with a treeangle. Guardians are Polygons blessed by the tree, they have the strength a normal Polygon would have with some other extra abilities the tree has offered. There are currently four heroes and two guardians (shown in the next chapter)

Anatomy:
About soulstones: A soulstone is a glass gem located on everyone's chest (specifically on their heart). It works similarly like a projector, but it must be protected. Written in its name, the soulstone is containing the shape's soul. Being made of glass, it's also very fragile like the heroes, but the shapes have to be hit specifically on their soulstone for it to crack. The soulstone can be hit about three times before shattering completely, slowly releasing the shapes soul as they die. The pink corruption doesn't affect the soulstone and doesn't crack it, it just ends up corrupting them instead.

About their systems: (organs. But I don't like using that word) Shapes don't have a reproductive system, half of the digestive system and the excretory system. (I removed all of those for rule 34 reasons)
The food that the shapes eat won't be turned into sh!t or p!ss, instead the food will be completely digested (mass included) and be turned into the shapes' energy source, which they will use to manifest their abilities/weapons
To replace where the intestines are supposed to be, there's an equally sized organ there that stores the shape's energy called the ✨eNiGmA✨ (I couldn't think of better names). What does it look like? It's like that one flat water bottle but instead of water there's sparkly glowy liquid which is their energy- When it empties, the shape will experience hunger and won't be able to manifest their weapons/abilities
Shapes reproduce in a different way (take that NSFW artists). Females receive love from their males. When they want a child or two, they can reproduce by "summoning" the child into the real world with the love they got from the male, starting with the soulstone, and then the rest of the body. The summoning's usually instantaneous, but gathering the love takes quite a long while (you guessed it, 9 months)

Other things you should probably know about
Heli and Ketches are both public transportation vehicles (I feel so advanced lmao) who somehow came to life. No one knows how or why, but some theorize that Geos (god of life) might be the one who's given life to them
Heroes know a special language for private chatting, known as Zygranese (IM GONNA MAKE AN ALPHABET FOR THIS I PROMISE). Guardian understand it too, but poorly
When a pure shape is fighting a corrupt, the pure's attacks are unable to harm the corrupt physically unless they're using a weapon that's been fabricated with actual metals. The pure's attacks instead pass the energy to the corrupt, purifying their soulstone while their corrupt body disintegrates (Undertale style). Then, the pure can collect the soulstone of the corrupt and release it back into Paradise either later or when the pink corruption is over
• Blood exists. And it's red, not the color of the shape. Because I don't want a scene where a mom takes her child grocery shopping and the child suddenly goes "wowee it's so pretty in here!" because they see "colorful paint" splattered everywhere from a mugging situation and the mothers like "oh my god my child that's not paint"
there are some types of treeangles you should know about: Artifacts are the three treeangles that make the tree, Maturing treeangles are the ones used to mature a hero and solver treeangles are used to solve a problem, usually used to unlock something (it's like completing a level in-game)
