Chapter 02: So Not My Knight in Shining Armor

I woke up for to the alarm clock buzzing. I am not a morning person. Even though I can't sleep late, I still hate getting out of the bed. It's way too comfortable for me. I brush my teeth and get dressed. I don't own a lot of fashionable clothes cuz I don't need them plus I'm saying up for college. I also worked part time at the pet shop.i love animals and Dr. Max is the best employer. I help him with the treatments and taking care of the animals.

I am not from rich family but we had enough money to fend for ourselves. My mum was a teacher at cross field elementary school and my dad, well he was a jerk so he's not a part of this family. I had two annoying siblings, my older brother Daniel, was in college and my lil sister, Kate was in our mum's school and I was a freshman in high school.

I wore my favorite high top jeans with holes at the knees and a white laced shirt with floral patterns tucked in. I wore my all star sneakers and applied a bit of mascara, eyeliner and lip gloss. As soon as I heard a car horn I ran out grabbing some toast on the way.

"Morning Sir Bash" I said as i sat down in his Ferrari. "Morning shorty" he said grinning. My childhood best friend Sebastian Connell usually picked me up since we lived in the same lane. I am used to him calling me shorty since we were little cuz I was so small compared to his giant body. I called him Sir Bash cuz that's how I spelled his name the first time we met when we were 4 years old. Instead of Sebastian, I called him sir-bash tin.

We arrived in school and I was engulfed in a hug by my best friend, Kylie. "Hey bitch" she said. She was the total opposite of me. She was really hot since she was tall with really long legs and short blonde hair. She was a cheerleader, and you would think her to be blonde but no cuz apparently I was the blonde one and my hair wasn't even blonde but brown.

"Hey Kylie" I say hugging her back and start walking. Kylie says hi to bash and he waves us bot goodbye and walks towards his friends, the jocks. They smile at me and wave. Kylie couldn't believe I was best friends with bash since he was popular and all and everyone knew we were childhood friends. In school we have our own set of friends but we were always best friends no matter what.

Kylie what do you have on first period? I have history." "Urgh ! Lucky you I have math" " I have gym on the fourth period, great. Gina's gonna kill me." Gina is a slut who had a huge crush on bash. She thinks she is it with her caked face, short skirts and fake boobs. I mean fake boobs when you are sixteen, I don't even know what she would have when she's eighteen. I shudder. Her figure was not healthy for her, she was really tall and thin. Sometimes I wonder she has an eating disorder cuz I know she can't be malnourished since I've seen her house and how rich she is.

she hated me since she was jealous cuz I was close to bash and bash hated her so she took her anger out of me during gym. "Sarah you should tell bash, maybe he could scare her away or you need to give her what she deserves."

Kylie was short tempered she wouldn't put with crap like I can..I didn't wanna tell bash cuz things could get worsen so I just ignored her and her minions Casey & Anne. Like I said before I was a calm person so I wasn't bothered with them. "They don't affect me Kylie so no worries, they are just stupid bimbos." "I have to get to class. see ya" I said and she waved at me as I went inside the classroom.

my history teacher Mr. Mattew was the best teacher. He was easy going and made the class more interesting. I sat next to one of bash's best friends I knew. "Hey jack!" " Oh hey Sarah. What's up?" He used to have a thing for Kylie but Kylie didn't wanna date anyone. She says men a pigs and would do anything to get in to a girl's pants. Jack was a nice guy but a flirt who was really funny.

I never had a crush on anyone. I was a pure virgin and I didn't mind it. I mean c'mon sex is not a must plus I'm sixteen there's so much more to do than sleep around. I always wanted it to be with a special someone so I was waiting. "Nothing much, how was the game yesterday?" "It was good since we won." "Oh okay." With that we both turned and payed attention to what the teacher was saying. Class ended and we said bye and I went for my next class.
