''Err...Brave, what're we supposed to do about hiding me-''

GingerBrave quickly faced Wizard

''....Oh-''

''You didn't think this through didn't you?''

Wizard facepalmed as Brave sat there, twiddling his thumbs from his stupidity. He felt the awkward tension kicking in as the whole room stayed in silence, until Wizard made a sigh

''I'll just hide in the closet if that would be alright with you..''

''Yeah sure! You can just..uhh- Stay in there!''

GingerBrave quickly but gently pushed Wizard into the closet and closed him in, sweating and wondering if GingerBright would be able to find him

''Hey GingerBrave? Make sure to remember i'm here in the first place, i don't wanna starve in someone's closet much less yo-''

Before Wizard could even finish his sentence, he heard the door shut. Although he was glad about finally getting a hiding spot before Brave's Sis could find him, it was kind of uncomfortable in the tight space. I guess it was better than probably being called a creep for 'breaking into a teenage boy's room'

I guess if he had nothing to do, he was better off asleep than sitting in a dark closet, he wasn't exactly sure if it was locked but GingerBrave seems like the type to do so

He tried to lay down in a somewhat comfortable position, the cat tail making it hard to find it but he managed to find a comfy spot to sleep into

He purred as his eyes gently closed, he felt embarrassed acting this way but he couldn't think much before falling sound asleep

Wizard felt like he was melting from the heat of the Pilgrim's path, he could barely focus with his magic but it was enough to make him useful for the team

He felt like he was gonna die from a heat stroke, thank god with the wizard hat he had that covered some sunlight on his face

His robe was making him slow down though, it felt hotter in the dark blue robe he wore. But before he could, he notices GingerBrave..

'What is he..? Is he sniffing me?!!'

This was running through Wizard's thoughts, he felt way too flustered to even think properly but he could atleast speak a few words

''Why are you sniffing me??? This is making me uncomfortable..-''

GingerBrave panicked and quickly stepped back aside as the other 3 looked back at the two, they didn't know what's going on but they did hear Wizard'a remark

''I- Hehe..I won't say anything, it's for your own good!''

GingerBrave said with an awkward smile, rubbing the back of his neck while blushing, maybe from embarrassment? That's what Wizard thought

NOT, It had to be something else but Wizard really didn't have alot of energy to figure it out

''What..? Now that's really unsettling..-''

He heard a voice from behind, as he saw a Ginkgoblin, it was laughing at the group including Wizard. Though, Custard pointed it out before he could find out what it was because of the stupid hea-

''Aha! I thought it was Wizard's smell!-''

Wizard felt his heart get stabbed from the sudden insult GingerBrave had just given him, it felt like an arrow to the chest, a knife in the back you could even say

''...What?''

He stared at GingerBrave with somewhat furious eyes, but he couldn't stare at him for too long, they were fighting the Ginkgoblin's anyways! In the scolding heat too..

But the battle quickly came to an end as he and his team won against the group of goblins, it still didn't make him feel any better about the fact that GingerBrave had just called him "Smelly". He was still mad about that but he had to move on eventually

Before he could finally take a rest, he was quickly stopped by GingerBrave who looked like he had something to tell

''Wizard? Sorry for uh..Making you feel uncomfortable back there..And i feel like i may have insulted you a bit given by that death stare you gave me before we fought with the Ginkgoblins!''

He chuckled nervously, not knowing what Wizard's response to it would be. Surprisingly, he didn't receive anything negative..Instead..

''I..Forgive you, it's just a silly insult anyways, i could easily get over it-''

''But i feel like i accidentally hurt your feelings! You're okay from that right?''

Wizard blushed from GingerBrave's overly caring personality..It felt like he didn't deserve this much care and yet here he was, facing off against the most caring individual he has ever seen, he really couldn't help but blush before speaking to the oblivious 12 year old

''Listen- I'm fine Brave..It's not a big deal..Atleast not anymore, so can you please-''

GingerBrave quickly hugged him wholesomely, ignoring everything Wizard said. He was an idiot and oblivious to everything

That, atleast was what Wizard thought. He knew GingerBrave didn't mean this in a romantic way, seeing as they're both too young to even proceed with that thing..But it felt weird to Wizard

Wizard smiled and hugged back, seeing as this was a perfect wholesome opportunity to remember-

Wizard quickly rose up from his sleeping position as the closet doors were wide open and he faced off against...

GINGERBRIGHT?!

But aha yeah, judging by the updates, you can see how i'm not really interested into either Wizardbrave or even Cookie run anymore  😭😭

Now it just feels like i'm forcing myself to please other people by doing things im not interested in!!!

Idk, it just feels that way now, i don't hate what i've created, no not at all. Just that i dont have the energy to continue this as much as i did before? Sorry for venting, i just needed to get it off my chest

Anyways, hope you enjoyed the long wait for the chapter, and im sure youre probably gonna have a way longer wait for the next lmao
