We are far more then the flesh we have on our bones. Though we always ache for more. Always chasing perfection even though we have no idea what that would even look like. Our whole lives we are taught we should always long for more then what we are. We are groomed into these unsatisfied chasers of perfection and wanting to be desirable.
We look at ourselves in disgust and envy the things we don't have. never sick enough and never perfect enough.
We are nature, we are built up from nothing but beauty and grace yet we pluck our petals hoping for new ones to grow that we will like better but what we don't realize is they don't grow back. we were taught that they would. We have been lied to.
We look at nature and automatically think it's beautiful and perfect, nature has no imperfections it's the way it's supposed to be, the plants grow how they are meant to.
Why were we taught we were any different.
