Nat's POV

Well this isn't how i expected today to go, one minute i'm asleep the next i'm woken up by the family meeting in my doorway. ughhh these people need to learn timing.

"okay babygirl are you ready to meet your grandma and grandad" i ask my overly excited mini me.

"okay mama i'm ready" she gives me a little nod to let me know shes okay with it.

I walk my little girl into the living room with wanda following not far behind. Lily tenses up as we stand infront of them, she's not really good with new people but she knows we'll keep her safe.

"okay so Melina, Alexi this is your granddaughter Lily" i give them both a look to tell them to be gentle.

"Hello darling i'm Melina i'm your mama's mama" she says with a soft smile.

"i'm the red guardian also known as Alexi but you can call me grandad" i mentally facepalm what kind of introduction was that?!

i look at the little girl in my arms and i want to laugh at the disgusted face she's pulling at Alexi right now but before i can Wanda steps in.

"baby be nice" she softly reminds Lily and kisses her cheek as she moves infront of me, "Hi i'm Wanda it's nice to finally meet you both in person Natasha has told me so much about you" Melina looks her up and down and then back at me.

"you chose well Natalia" oh dear lord my mother is commenting on my love life please make it stop.

"Natalia?"

"Shut up Stark or i'll make you" i glare at him as he enters the room he's obviously been listening this entire time im not stupid. He quickly takes the hint and leaves holding his hands up.

"I'm Lily and that was uncle Tony he's scared of Mama" i'm snapped out of my glare as Lily introduces herself.

"Is he now, i don't know why your Mama is a big softy" Melina spoke with a laugh.

I am not a softie i have no idea what she's talking about! Lily laughs at Melina and wiggles slightly so i put her down.

"do you want to see my bedroom it's gots lots of toys and i even have a tv" she grabs Alexis hand not even giving him time to answer i can't help but chuckle as she drags him down the hall to her room.

"i'm surprised she took such a liking to him over your mother" Wanda says in my ear. And honestly i agree he's the last person i thought she'd want to play with.

"So Natalia tell me more about her your sister was very low on details" My mother said as she sat back down smirking. oh god here we go.

"well me and Wanda adopted her a few months ago and she's part of our family" i said taking a seat across from her.

"Adopted? but she looks exactly like you and she has Wandas bone structure how is that even possible?"

"i don't know mom but we adopted her from an orphanage after we found out how badly she was treated" i said remembering the day we found Lily.

"Have you done a DNA test?"

"why would we, she was an orphan mom there's no more to it" i knew where she was going with this it's nothing me and Wanda hadn't already discussed.

"Natalia you look exactly the same that child has your DNA wether you believe it or not"

"it's impossible you know that and i'd know if i'd given birth of not don't you think?"

"That's not what im saying she has a remarkable resemblance to you both i just think you should do a test and find out if my suspicions are wrong" I rolled my eyes knowing she wasn't going to drop it till i take her advice. But me and Wanda would need to talk about it first.

how would that even be possible. I can't have children and im sure if i'd had them i'd remember, and surely so would Wanda we've been together longer than 8 years so surely she'd know if i was pregnant or not. something just doesn't sit right about this, i have a feeling im going to find out why.
