(Before we start, this takes place just after the Stain arc, and here's a list of people who know Izuku is innocent, those not mentioned think he's guiltily:

Izuku was quite sore after the fight with Stain. Sure, he was out of the hospital now, but that didn't change it. So as he walked into class, he was not ready to dodge the attack of Katsuki Bakugo.
"TAKE THAT MURDERER!" Katsuki yelled as he grabbed Izuku's elbow and let out a full force explosion, send his arm bellow the elbow flying off.
"AHHHHHH! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!" Izuku screamed in pain, before being hit in the face by Ojiro's tail, knocking out several teeth and giving Izuku a concussion.
"Because you killed Mineta!" Ojiro yelled, as Mina came up and sprayed acid in Izuku's eyes.
"I DIDN'T KILL ANYONE!" Izuku screamed out, now blinded, before Denki electrocuted him, frying most of Izuku's nerves in his arms and legs, making it impossible for him to run.
"LIER! YOU KILLED MY BEST FRIEND!" Denki shouted, and Jiro came up and stabbed her ear jacks into either knee, before using sound waves to blast Izuku's legs off.
One by one, each member of his class, except a few that weren't there, took a shot at him. Each damaging his body more then the last. Izuku had no limbs bellow his knees or elbows left, and most of his vital organs were soon to fail. So, in a cruel rage, the class ended up taking him to the U.A. dumpsters and dumped him in one while he was still alive, before leaving him to die slowly.
Little did they know, agents from the HPSC were watching, and quickly recovered his body once they left. They knew he was All Might's successor, so they couldn't let him die, not yet.

Deku woke in a white room. That was his name, right? Deku? He couldn't quite remember. He slowly got his bearings and sat up, looking around, before seeing glass with people on the other side.
"Hello project Deku, I am Rosa Yui, and I am in charge of your maintenance and emotional well being. How are you feeling today?" a girl's voice asked.
"I... I feel odd. I can't quite seem to remember anything, do you know why?" Deku asked.
"That's because you were involved in a bad accident... I can't go into detail, but you won't remember anything about your old life for awhile, if ever," Rosa responded with remorse in her voice.
"I... I understand... I remember one thing though... I want... no, need, to be a hero, I need to save lives, I need to help those in need," Deku said, and Rosa chuckled.
"I believe he's safe, may I meet with him face to face?" Rosa asked someone.
"Go ahead, you'll be in close contact with him for the rest of your career so you may as well get aquatinted," a man's voice said, and a door next to the glass opened, revealing a beautiful woman.

"Miss Rosa, what is my purpose?" Deku asked, and Rosa chuckled.
"Oh, Deku, you don't have to call me Miss Rosa, just Rosa is fine, as for your purpose, you are to be the next number one hero, but first, we need to run some field tests and have you work your way up the ranks," Rosa said, and Deku nodded,
"I would like that Rosa," Deku said.
"Would you like to get a good look at your new body?" Rosa asked, and Deku nodded, and a part of the wall turned into a mirror.
