Why do the Eagles prey on the Fallen Birds,
when the Fallen Birds can't fly or act the same as the Eagles?
Why do the Eagles hunt the Fallen Birds,
When the Fallen Birds just want something to appreciate and show?
Why do the Eagles bully the Fallen Birds,
When the Fallen Birds just want a home to call their own?
Why do the Fallen Birds hope for a better world,
When the world they live in was meant for the same species?
Alive but broken.
Beautiful but dangerous.
Lonely but sociable.
Scared but surviving on what little knowledge they know.
If only we could see through the eyes of the spirit
That we are all worth something more than our
Anger, jealousy, disgust, or pain.
