I love the title on the cover it's great. But nothing else stands out about the cover. 
Summary 
I don't think that it needs the top quote. Other than that it is good. 
Overall thoughts
I am going to do something different with this review than I have with others. I'm just going to share my overall thoughts.
I like this story. The plot is interesting. The descriptions are excellent. I just feel it would get far more reads if you used original characters.
The plot is certainly original enough that it would definitely work with original characters.
