Bravery (Larry AU/short story)

Chapter 1

This is an AU Story, more like a short story it wont have as many chapters as most ffs on Wattpad have. Louis is 18 years old and Harry's 16. Imagine Louis the way he looks on the cover and Harry like he looks on the gif on the side. Oh and by the way, Louis is taller than Harry in this OS. That fits the story better. :) Oh and the video fits this story/chapter very well and it's a beautiful song. :)

"So, do you wanna come over this afternoon? We're all hanging out at my place" Louis' friend Zayn said while they were leaving the classroom.

"Yeah sure, why not" he answered, waving goodbye to him as he walks in a different direction. He rarely even went home anymore. Louis always got invited to somebody, everyone wanting to hang out with him. He was rather popular in school since he was the captain of the football team and his parents bought him a nice car and stuff. He found it very weird how easy it was to get people to be interested in you, and it wasn't even about Louis as a person. It was just about the physical things which he didn't ask for. Of course it's nice to have a lot of friends and a lot of girls to fancy you, it gives you loads of self esteem, he thought.

Louis walked down the hall in school as he heard screams getting louder and louder as he approaches, and a loud bang. He rushed over to where the noises were coming from and when he got there he saw a kid on the floor, getting kicked by a group of boys.

"Hey! Get away from him!" Louis ran over to them, trying to pull them away from the younger boy. A few teachers caught the screams too and they quickly came to help him, which already made the bullies run away.

Louis knelt down next to the kid, he had his eyes closed and seemed to be unconscious. Little fuckers. He lifted him up a bit and he could finally recognized who it was. It's that little guy from English class, he thinks his name was Harry. He was about sixteen and he only went to Louis class because he was rather good at that subject. He wondered if they beat him up for being a 'geek'.

Louis hated those guys, they were in the last year but they all were doing the year for the second time. They were known and feared for being mean so no one wanted to get in a fight with them, that's why they're kind of the kings in their home room.

The teachers had already left, thinking Louis had everything under control. This school was heartless. Harry was still 'asleep' and his nose was bleeding, causing red stains to form on his white collar. He couldn't just leave him here so he picked him up, he was rather small. Louis looked around in the hall, confused. No one even seemed really interested in what was happening, some people gave him a strange look for helping the loner.

Because no one came to assist Louis, he started carrying him down the hall towards the nurse's office. He knocked on the door with his foot since his hands were kinda full.

"Can you please open the door?" Louis called. He heard footsteps approaching and the door opened.

"Oh my god what happened to him?" the nurse said, covering her mouth with one hand. Louis quickly stepped inside the room.

"Um... er... he tripped on the stairs and was knocked out" he lied, not knowing where to put Harry down. He didn't wanna tell her the truth, maybe she'd find the boys and punish them, and then they'd be angry at Harry. And maybe beat him up even more.
