Chapter 11

"I want to marry him"

Her mother smiled widely at her words while her dad was taken aback

He didn't expect her to say yes

But if she wants to marry him then he won't stand in between them as an obstacle

And yes... she can change him

"Okay then... let's meet him tomorrow"

Her mother said to her father and left the room happily

He looked at his daughter whose head was still down

"You like him?"

She looked up at the sudden question

"Huh?"

"Do you like him?"

It was turning awkward for her

"I don't know"

He nodded with a small smile

"Good night dear"

"G-Good night dad"

After he left the room, she sighed

"Do I?"

Agh!!!

She messed her hair and looked at the moon

"I hope I don't regret this" she internally prayed

Next morning

Kim Enterprises

Mr. and Mrs. Kaur were waiting in the reception

Hyunjin got out of the lift and was about to exit the building when he saw the couple

Seeing a familiar face, he walked next to them

"Mrs. Kaur?"

They both looked up

"Oh H-Hyunj-" she stopped herself as she couldn't quite remember his name

"Hyunjin" he slightly smiled at her and moved his gaze to the man sitting beside her... staring at him with a cold gaze

He somewhat almost gave a similar vibe as his boss

"He's jealous... cute" he internally admitted

"Mr. Kaur?... nice meeting you... unfortunately we couldn't meet yesterday, but I am Mr. Kim's ri- P.A, Hyunjin"

He said politely while offering a handshake

Mr. Kaur glanced at his hand and then back at him and slowly shook hands with him while saying

"Nice meeting you too... Hyunjin"

He spoke with a small smile

"We're here regarding yesterday's proposal"

"Oh... I'll escort you to his office"

They both stood up and followed Hyunjin as he walked over to the lift

Entering the left ft and pressing on the top floor... they waited

"Is he free right now?"

He asked

"He's not quite busy and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't reject wasting a few minutes for his lov- I mean soon-to be in-laws arrival... hehe"

Hyunjin smacked himself a thousand times internally as he almost spilled out that his boss loves their daughter

The couple smiled... they knew what he wanted to say

And Mr. Kaur was finally a bit relieved

Exiting the lift and standing in front of a door which had bold letters written on them which read out, "Mr. Kim"

A second or two later and they heard a "come in"

Opening the door, they entered as Hyunjin quietly left from the scene

Taehyung's gaze was still at his laptop as he had his coat on his couch, one or two buttons opened up his chest, sleeves rolled up, hair held up back showing his forehead would make any girl fall into their knees, but he was quite busy and not receiving anything from the other side built his frustration

Looking up, he was about to yell... when he saw the people who he was wanting to see

Standing up

"Good morning... Mr. and Mrs. Kaur"

This was the first time after a long time that he was polite in front of someone

"Good morning" Mr. Kaur answered

"Please sit"

They sat in front of his desk

"We actually came here to discuss regarding your proposal"

Taehyung slowly bit his lower lip

"Was he nervous?" His mind asked him

Releasing his lower lip, he stared at them impatiently

"So... when should we fix the date... my soon-to be son-in law" Mrs. Kaur said while smiling... not knowing that the man in front of them almost lost his breath

"She said yes?!"

"She said YES!!!"

His heart screamed
