the howling night

chapter 2

I lowered in fear as I realised he was probably a battle wolf in training, and went back to Sashas side.

The wolf came over to us slowly....then I took in a big breath of air

Wait what is that smell....Rabbit? Were is it coming from?

The wolf came closer snarling and baring his teeth. Sasha and I tried to run away

"Sasha run!" I yelled

The wolf snorted " hah like you could out run me!"

"well maybe i can!" I snapped back starting to run and watching sasha run far ahead of me.

The wolf just laughed and caught me by the scruff of the neck, making shure his fangs were exposed and cutting through my skin.

"argh!" i groand in pain. I felt him smile at my pain and he shook me tearing my skin

After a while of shaking me he set me down. "let me see your eyes pup!" The older wolf said sternly. Sasha came back ...

"for the love of starpack Sasha!"

"I-I.."

"Oh whatever" I managed a small smile then felt a funny tingling where he bit me

"look at me you stupid pup!" the wolf yelled.

I looked at him showing him my diffrent colored eyes.

he imetiatly cowered and backed up  " I am sorry chosen one i will never do this again!"  As he ran away with his tail between his legs.

I hesitated before I said "uh...yeah you better!

"S-So brave" Sasha said from behind me.    

"I-I dont even know what I did...." 

"You showed him whos boss thats what you did!" 

I walked to the bone pile and sniffed it.  "Thats not pup bones those are rabbit bones!"

"That liar!" Sasha yelped

 "He's a battle wolf IN TRAINING I suppose...." 

"well uh....lets just go back home before anything else happens"  Sasha said worriedly.

Without a word we slowly walked back home looking at our paws quietly looking at the dirt beneath them starting to slowly hurt our paw pads.

I suddenly saw somthing in the dirt. WATCH OUT CHOSEN ONE was written in crude letters. I felt threatend, who would do such a thing and why? I decided to dig at the dirt untill the letters dissapeared.

"Hey moona! Hurry up!" Sasha yelled from ahead of me.

"Oh...coming!" I yelled running twards her. The dirt in my paws stared to irritate me right before i got to the camp entrance. Sasha was alreighty inside I suppose....I guess I was so caught up in the message I got slow?

I padded into the  camp and ran right smack into mama "o-oh hi mama"
