Author's Note: Sorry it's a little short, but I just wanted to get the story started first. Anyway I hope you enjoy and please let me know what you all thought so far as feedback is always helpful.

"Ow! Ow! Ow!" Ava cried out in pain as she just sat on the floor with her knees to her chest and continued to just cry and numb the pain she was feeling from both physically and mentally through her red solo cups of alcohol.

Ava couldn't stop thinking about her boyfriend Nolan who she thought had loved her. She loved him yet he went and cheated on her and then broke up with her telling her he never even loved her.

And now he was just gone forever and she was never getting him back. Ava froze when she felt something gush out of her as she looked down to see what she thought was pee.

"Oh come on! I'm not that drunk!" Ava screamed out before she was met with an immense amount of pain filling her with panic as another realization just hit her.

"No! No! No! No! No! No! NO! This can't be happening! No! This is a false alarm! It has to be!" Ava cried out in panic as she started replaying the last few months in her head, getting more and more scared the more things started to add up.

Before Ava had time to really process what was going on she was met with another huge amount of pain as she just grabbed onto her stomach and quickly ran to the bathroom in hopes that this was just a false alarm and everything would be fine.

Ava sighed in relief when she saw the small blood spotting as she thought she was finally getting her period but quickly realized it wasn't when the pain got worse and worse and the blood stopped spotting.

"What's going on? Am I dying! I don't want to die!"'Ava cried out to herself as she was scared and panicking. She had no clue what was happening at this point but she wanted the pain to stop.

Ava just quickly sat down hoping that would ease her pain but the pain still continued to get worse and worse until Ava couldn't take it anymore as she started screaming at the top of her lungs just as her door opened and her two fake friends entered.

Caitlin and Dylan were worried about Ava after she had basically locked herself away after Nolan passed and they couldn't get a hold of her. They weren't actually friends but they did need to make sure they didn't get in trouble and break their appearance.

Plus they did still care about her. "Ava! Ava! Ava! Oh my god are you okay!" The two young adults cried out in panic as they immediately ran to the bathroom where Ava had been screaming from.

They both froze though when they saw the liquid and Ava just sobbing on the floor while holding her stomach. "Oh my god! Ava is that what I think it is?" Caitlin asked Ava in shock, making her look up at the two who had just barged in.

Normally Ava would be angry at them for just barging in but right now she was just in pain and could use the help.

"I don't know! I don't know what's going on but the pain won't stop! It hurts so bad! I thought I just had an accident but I don't know anymore," Ava cried out hysterically as she was terrified and still not sober.

Caitlin just nodded as she looked at Dylan. "Dylan, can you go out for a little bit. We'll be right back," Caitlin told Dylan who nodded.

"Okay well Ava first of all have you been drinking again and second of all I think that liquid was amniotic fluid," Caitlin told the terrified girl as she pushed Dylan out and looked at Ava making Ava become even more terrified.

"No! No! No! No! No! No! No! I'm not even pregnant! I can't be! The last test I took said negative! I'm not pregnant! I just peed myself, that's all!" Ava cried out hysterically as she continued to just deny the fact that she was in labor.

Ava wasn't ready to be a mom especially not right now and it also really didn't help that Ava had been drinking.

"Ava calm down, you gained weight, you've been throwing up a lot, you've had a lot of emotional changes, you're in pain right now and your water broke. Ava think about it. The signs are there you're in labor," Caitlin told Ava trying to help but that just made it worse as Ava kept sobbing more.

"No! I can't be! I can't! I've been drinking! No, I can't be pregnant right now! Oh my god that hurts! It hurts so bad! What's going on!" Ava asked in between her pain. "Just lay down and take those off," Caitlin told Ava who looked down and saw what Caitlin was pointing at.

"What! Are you crazy! Why would I...owwww! Owwww! Owwwww!" Ava cried out as the pain got worse. "Ava just do it please, I want to help you," Caitlin told her friend who just nodded as she did what Caitlin said just wanting the pain to stop.

"Okay good now just listen to me," Caitlin told Ava who looked at her like she was insane. "I don't like this! I don't like this! I don't like this!" Ava cried out hysterically as she didn't know what was going on at this point.

"I know but you have to push!" Caitlin told Ava as she placed a towel over her. "What's going on?" Ava sobbed out as she pushed as hard as she could while screaming hysterically from pain.

Ava sighed in relief when the pain finally stopped but she was left in complete shock when she looked up to see Caitlin holding a screaming baby. "Oh my god!" Ava cried out as she couldn't believe she really just had a baby.

"This isn't real!" Ava told Caitlin who just held the screaming baby girl trying to keep her warm. "Dylan! Get a medic!"
