The newest member of the Black and the Uley Families gender is a boy named Lucas Scott Uley Black, the youngest firstborn son of William Black Jr. He is usually called Billy, and the second-born youngest son of Allison Uley. He was born on the full moon on September 16, 1987, in the Uley Home.
