I wake up uncomfortable in a very tight sweating ball of fur. I slowly ease my eyes open drowsily making out my surrounding. I stumble atop my 4 stubby claws and flick my ears and deeply inhale the sour smell of animal waste, cold concrete, and animal reproduction. I let out a disgusted yipe and scramble back to my cold concrete 1" by 3" concrete cell. I push the soiled newspaper from previous animals against the wall with me because i could care less. All i cared was, where am i.... Where is my rich jungle with rich vegetation and greenery and squeaking harmony macaws..? Its so...so sour, cold, dark, and neglected here.... ^gurgle^ i feels my stomach tighten as it mourns for some food. I shuffle for the bars of my "cell" and screech for some savior or rescuer. But my desperate calls come back negative dragging back only other mourning and hungry exotics. I feel a cold tear trickle out of my tear-ducts to my muzzle. I luck my snout to gather up the tear for a small water nourishment. I sigh and curl up into a ball and nap.

I am rudely awaken by a loud snap of a energy jolting to activate a huge over
head light- my small beady eyes are tortures from the strong harsh beaming rays beating out of every-which-way. I quickly shut them and bury my head in the corner ignoring the crisp dry newspaper taunting my nostrils with stench. I weep and wish i could go to the jungle.
