Chapter 2

"Ami!" I screamed running down the street.

"Ami where are you!?" Sam screamed crying her eyes out. I sighed as we walked up our drive way. Tears dripped down my face. Ami was gone.. My beautiful little sister was gone for good.

"Mom.." I said looking at her. She was crying on the couch

"The police are out looking for her" she cried running up the stairs in her high heels. Why is this happening to us?

-3 weeks later-

My eyes fluttered open to see the full looking ceiling. Another pointless day of school. I got up and walked over to my mirror. I rolled my eyes at the sight of the girl in it.

My eyes were a full shade of blue and had dark rings under them. My cheeks were flushed. And i looked like i lost some weight

"Whatever" i groaned and walked to my makeup. I put some foundation to cover up my flaws. I straightened my hair and put on some black skinny jeans with a white blouse on. Time to meet Alexis

I waited in my mustang for Alexis to come out. I looked in the mirror and frowned. Ever since ami went missing iv been a mess. Kaylees gotten really sick and no one knows why. Sam hasn't left her bedroom and my mom and dad haven't even looked at eachother

"Sorry im late" Alexis jumped into the car. Her pixie hair styled nicely. Her face was a little more pale than usual and her eyes a brighter shade.

"You look different" i said starting the car, i looked at her house and saw a boy standing in the window staring down at us "you have company?" I asked driving away

"No" she said simply. Why was she lying to me?

I saw a boy walking up to alexis, he was tan with dark brown hair styled upwards. He pushed her into a locker really hard making me gasp. But they didnt notice. I listened closely

"Louis wants her" he growled pushing her harder. She winced but kept strong.

"Shes my bestfriend, im not give her to him" she growled trying to push him back. I was about to run over until another boy approached them. He had blonde hair with brown roots.

"We will kill your mother" he growled getting closer to her. She sighed in defeat

"Fine" she said. The dark haired boy pushed her down the hallway and ran off.

"Alexis! Are you okay?! What was that?!" I screamed helping her up. She looked into my eyes

"Sleep" i felt my eyes close and soon darkness took over

"Wake up loser, you slept through class!" Alexis laughed. My head lifted and i looked up to see i was in a empty classroom

"Shit what time is it?" I asked looking up at my bestfriend. It must have just been a dream.

"3" she giggled helping me out of the desk. I nodded and sat up

"I gotta get home" i said getting up and walking down the hallway. Alexis followed closely behind me

"Okay, i will see you tomorrow babe" she hugged me and skipped down the hallway. I giggled and walked towards the exit. My hand grabbed the door handle and walked into the school parking lot.

There was the tanned skin boy from my dream standing by a car in the parking lot. He smiled at me, i ignored it and walked to my car. My eyes found his as he watched my every move. I awkwardly got into my car and started it. He kept on watching me.

"The hell" i whispered to myself. He walked closer to me. Every large step he took towards my car the more scared i got. I exit the parking lot as fast as this car could go. I looked in the rear view mirror and he was gone.

I pulled into my large driveway to see no cars were there. When i parked the car i saw 2 house keys laying on the bench in the front beside the door. I picked it up and entered my huge house. I walked into the kitchen to see a note from my mom

'I'm sorry caitlin, we all left.. Kaylee had to go to a special hospital and we could only bring 4 people. We will be back in a year and we will also send money and pay the house bills so you can stay there, im so sorry sweety, we love you lots..

Mom'

Tears ran down my face as i realized my family left me alone. I am alone.
