Alyx's lip quivered, which was a common way her body would react to injurues, as it helped them resist tears. Her body shiverred like the ground when an earthquake occured, not showing much signs of stopping either. Being nearly beaten to death, it was surrounded by sick, blood and whatever else Milluki had beaten out of her practically lifeless body. While this man had made her the ragdoll-like human she was today, she loved him more then absolutely anything and would kill for such a love to be reciprocated.

Now you've had a part of Alyx's life, one singular bit of backstory can say alot about a character and their trauma. She may not be stuck in the same position with the Zoldycks as it used to be but that's due to all the happenings Milluki would quickly pass off as small accidents. Time to cut to where Alyx is now, two months from this incident.
Alyx woke up in a hospital bed, knowing today was probably the very last day of her pathetic little life. A small beep constantly went off from the heart monitor, as much as he hated the noise, it was aware that it was just to indicate how much longer she had to suffer before she would finally be able to die. The nurses didn't take much care of her, barely accomadating to her need of mental help. Many things the people there tried to talk to it about went over her head, not knowing japanese whatsoever.
"I- I had too much now..."
Alyx stated to a nurse, the only one there who spoke some english, she treated Alyx to the best of her ability while attempting to not get attached to her, knowing soon she would die.
"The world is a bad place, isn't it sweetheart..?"
She said, teary eyed. The nurse couldn't help but weep when around Alyx, it ached to see a child be put in such a state for the sake of internet content. Milluki was sick in the head and this proved it all.
"I-I'm going die..?" Alyx asked the nurse, sounding hopeful that finally she could rest. If she was able to, it would speak a bit louder, but she was practically unable to speak above a whisper.
"Yes sweetheart." The nurse said while tending to her blood-soaked bandages, before bursting into sobs. It genuinely ached to see such a young, innocent child in a state like that.
"It'll be okay, we all die eventually..."
She gagged on her tears, holding onto Alyx, who had a weak and shakey grin on it's face. Finally understand she can finally be let go from such pain brought herself joy.
