We, Joey Rina Cisneros, Ila Renee Comia and Rose Anne Minoria are going to present this afternoon our thesis proposal entitled " Reputation, Perceived Usability and Customer Satisfaction of Millennials in Carmona, Cavite towards Local Fashion Websites " with the help of our adviser, Mr. Antonio Bayson and our technical critic, Ms. Leslie Caparas.
MINORIA --- (introduction)
This study will focus on how researchers are able to determine the level of reputation and perceived usability that might lead to customer satisfaction of millennials on local fashion websites.
The rapid growth of the internet across the globe has led to a reflective impact on marketing. In today's society, e-commerce has become a significant way for organizations to conduct business.
Organizations and individuals are building websites to attract customers and make them visit and revisit their websites .
PPT—.As stated by Becker & Mottay, (2001; Cristobal, (2001) Many online companies andbusiness owners, however , have failed partly because they have not appropriately designed their websites to focus on the needs of the customers.
Most Filipinos are known for being cautious in terms of purchasing a product. They consider security, fast transaction , mode of payment, convenience, price and values, return or exchange rules, website reputation, online reviews and feedback, good customer service ,and low shipping charges.
According to Goldsmith and Goldsmith (2002) Among all products purchased online ,apparel purchase represents one of the increasing trends in online shopping.
As mentioned by Grubb & Grathworl (196 ; Bagozzi (1975); Wolny & Muller(2013)Fashion products have consistently been viewed as strong sources of symbolism.
According to the study released by Jin (2018) ;Lee & Shavitt(206); Purohit &Srivastava(2001) that reputation was found to be a strong predictor of attitude and behavior in online store.
Meanwhile, Usability is considered as the extent to which a website allows users to utilize its function easily and appropriately.
The researchers of this study want to determine the level of reputation and perceived usability that might lead to customer satisfaction in Local Fashion Websites.
CISNEROS --- Statement of the problem
The study sought to answer the following questions;1. What is the level of reputation of local fashion websites as perceived by the participants?
2. What is the level of perceived usability of local fashion websites as perceived by theparticipants in terms of:2.1 ease of use;2.2 ease of purchase;2.3 ease of understanding; and2.4 ease of ordering?
3. What is the level of customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites?
4. Is there a significant relationship between the level of reputation and the level of customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites?
