Chapter 1

~Kali~

I sat in class annoying the shit out of my best friend Liam by tapping my fingers and pen on my desk causing him to snatch my pen and toss it across the room. I looked at him to see him glaring at me so I mouthed, "What?" He picked his pencil up and waved it in my face, I blushed, "oh" I mouthed.

"Finally..." Liam mumbled causing my uncle Mr. Smith looked at him.

"Something you want to share with the class Mr. Evans?" My uncle asked looking at him, Liam shook his head saying nothing. I laughed softly at him and pushed him just as the bell rang before running out the classroom with Liam at my heels.

"Oh Kal! Come here Kal!" He yelled, both of us athletes so the run around the school to our next classes wasn't so bad, Liam being the one of the two star football players, the quarterback while I was the star on the girls and guys basketball and soccer teams and he'll people still didn't know that half of the basketball, football and soccer teams where related to me in a certain way that was unexplainable! I wasn't paying attention to where I was going and ran straight into one of the male swimmers, we fell so of course I landed on my back with him pressed against my body and to make it even more weird and awkward the guy was between my legs! My cheeks instantly had a tint of red to them as he raised his icy blue eyes to meet my hazel ones, the sight of his eyes had my breath caught in my throat.

"I-I...I'm so-sorry Aiden" I stuttered uncontrollably. He chuckled with a sweet smile and my instants went off as soon as his hand was in mine to help me up, he was my mate and I could feel it! His touch made me weak so much that I had to shake him off and stand with Liam's help, who was laughing his ass off at my expression. I glared at him before looking at Aiden, "sorry..." I muttered it was barely a whisper but he heard me.

"It's ok just watch where you're going next time" And with that Aiden left, my chest raising and falling rapidly as I savored the intoxicating, sweet smell that my inner wolf whimpered for. Liam looked at me and grabbed my hand dragging me into the guys bathroom, the guys in there where family but Liam snapped at them to leave before taking out his phone and calling my twin Kyle who came running into the bathroom withing seconds.

"Liam what's going on?!" Kyle asked and looked at me to see my normal hazel eyes now a bright yellow. "Sh*t..." Kyle cursed and I quickly grabbed his glasses, growling at him as I slid down the wall looking up at Kyle and Liam.

"What are you to staring at?!" I growled at them and they put their hands up in surrender then it hit me, I had found my mate and I had let him slip through my grasp when I could have just reached out and pull him to me and kiss his lips, and mark him as my own. Liam was grinning wildly while Kyle had a blank look on his tanned face, a confused expression set on my own tanned features while Liam's handsome tanned face was covered in a huge grin.

"What?!" I repeated, growling loudly which caused them to shrink back. Kyle, yes, an alpha but a male, he might be equally matched with me but I was a female alpha and damn when you got me pissed you where in for one heck of an ass beating.

"Found your mate" Liam grinned again it wasn't a question, all I did was pull down my glasses and look at them, wondering how long we had been in the bathroom. I opened my mouth to say something when some guy ran into the bathroom and I put my shades on, he stood there staring at the three of us. I couldn't even think of attacking this poor kid who stood there scared as the three of us stared daggers into him causing him to slowly back out of the bathroom before turning tail and running away. That was when mine and Kyle's uncle Mr. Smith walked in and stood there, sensing the tension in my muscles but before I could get up and leave he pulled me to my feet and hugged me till I gasped for breath.

"Sorry but Kal! You found your mate!" My uncle exclaimed and I just stood there with a blank expression, all I had to do to stop Kyle and Liam from laughing their asses off would be to take my glasses off but I didn't. Instead I just walked out the bathroom and went to class making up an excuse that I had been taking to my uncle and so I was let off the hook but only for the school part of my problem, there was a whole different problem that lingered on my mind and that was Aiden was in the same classes with me for the next two classes! I couldn't get enough of his intoxicating, sweet scent and my inner wolf was growling at me to make him ours, though I fought the urge to get up and claim him ours in the middle of class, I was going to wait till our first soccer game and I'm f*cked if he's there because it was in a few weeks and it would be the same exact night that there was a full moon out, I wasn't even paying attention to my teacher as Aiden's wonderful scent filled my nose along with my wolf growling and snarling at me to claim him.
