TWENTY-SECOND SCENE

"We have them and what you want me to do now?"

There was some movement in the other side of the phone as the men waited for the caller's decision.

"Just follow them for now and keep me updated"

Aura POV

After some weeks with Matthias and him trying to win my trust back by communicating with me and getting me more involved into what he does but just enough for me not to get tangle in the Hollywood word of drama.

We would go out and eat, take walks in the park, he would take me to buy my super, and even go with me to my work and be involved into what I do too.

But of course we would do this where there weren't to much people.

Though I wish he would have done that in the begging but better late then never right?...

"So that's what's been happening all this month, no wonder why you barely texted me" Clair look at me with a mischievous smirk leaning on to the counter.

I giggled like a high school girl "well yes and is been a great month honestly and plus we would see each other at work"

"So does that mean that y'all are back together cause am guessing y'all have kiss" I smiled "yeah but no he hasn't ask me or we haven't talk about that yet" I look down as I was washing the dishes.

"Well he better be making a move soon enough" she bump her hips with mine making me laugh "yes I hope so" I look at her putting the last dish on the rack to dry.

"By the way has anything else happened with that girl Daniela?" She ask as we move to the living room area "No she hasn't come here after that day and well Matthias told me that he went to talk to her and told her to leave me alone"

"Well that's good at least she knows that you aren't alone" she turn the channels on the tv leaving it on a talk show "Cause you aren't,  I am one call away and I will drag her ass if she comes once again here"

I laugh thinking she was joking but she look at me with a serious face, she lifted her eyebrows as saying "am serious".

"Oh"

My phone ring I stood up from my place on the couch and walk towards my phone and check who it was "Matthias <3" I look at Clair showing her my phone and she smirk.

I answered walking toward my little office.

"Hello" I smile
"Hello beautiful, just checking in to see how was your day"  I jump a little getting shy all of a sudden.
"I am doing well and you?"
He chuckle making ny knees go weak just hearing his deep voice
"I am doing well myself beautiful" we just stood there in a comfortable silence just hearing each other breathing just for a couple of seconds "well my love that wasn't just why I call you I had a question to ask" I hum as a signal to keep going "what will you be doing this Friday?I want to take you out on a date"

"I don't know let me check my calendar cause you know am a busy restaurant owner" I tease "oh yes of course my love, I wouldn't want to cause any trouble" he chuckled, I waited for a moment just to make it dramatic.
"Oh look, I guess am free that day" I smirk putting my hand on my hip. "Well I guess I am, how does 8 sound"
"Sounds good"
"Well, I guess I'll see you at 8"
"8 it is"
"Bye beautiful"
"Bye handsome take care"
"You too love"
With that he hand up the call.

"Wow, what was that" I turn around startle looking at Clair leaning on the door at my office. "Oh my good, you know ear dropping is is bad manners"

"Well I wouldn't have if you didn't leave your door open and since I guess you have a date with "mr.handsome" she said putting her hands together and batting her aye lashes in a teasing manner, I chuckled at that.
"We can go shopping for that date huh. Wink wink, if you know what I mean"

"Are you using this as an excuse to go shopping" she look at me dumbfounded "Noooo of course not"

"Yeah sure"

"So what do you say?" She ask smiling at me mischievously, I rolled my eyes smiling at her back "Okay fine"

"Yay, alrighty I'll come pick you up on Thursday and I'll see you then" she walk out of my office to retrieve her stuff and on her way out she hug me and kiss me on the forehead "see you then, bye girl and bye Charlie" she said petting him oh her way out.

"Well Charlie, you want to go for a walk?" Hearing that Charlie when running with excitement back and forth from the room to the living room and back to the door, I laughed graving his leash and we were out.

Well this month has been going well, I hope it stays like that for a bit longer.
