«Never let your fear decide your fate»

Jade's side

January 19th 2013, 3 P.M London

The snow! The snow! The snow! Today it wasn't a really good day to go out. Jade was still quiet confused since she discovered the X-factor website displaying on the Laptop'screen. she was walking round and round in her room, her mobile in hands, without knowing how to announce the news to Navy.

*Crap, crap crap*

Did she really give in to the temptation ? Did she finally realized that she wasn't made for studies and should go to the pursuit of her dream?did she took in consideration the advice Navy gave to her?

Probably.

She took a sit in front of her window and decided to press on the button "call"

Navy picked up.

"Hello Jaddie! what is the incredible reason for deserving such a call in a beautiful sunday afternoon ?did you recover from the last evening? "

"Kind of. I'm still a little bit tired."

" Aw, do you want me to come?"

"I didn't do it..."

"sorry?"

"I couldn't make it."

" about what? X-factor?"

"Yeah. I can't"

"Don't move I'm at your home in a few minutes."

Quickly,Navy Hanged up, letting the brunette even more in her confusing thoughts.

Navy was on her way to see her. *what should I tell her? That you're just a piece of crap full of fear? You're such a loser, Jade. Come on, make your head high. Have a bit of self estime.* the young lady stood up, rubbed her hands on her face by way of reflexion. Reflect on what? She was completely lost. She couldn't leave her studies aside. Yes she could make it if she was chosen to do X-factor.

Wanting to escape this for a moment, the brunette went to the bathroom and took a bath, waiting Navy to arrive.

4 P.M

The door bell rang, Jade went to open, when she saw a blonde curly haired person coming in with the arms full of equipment such as camera, microphone, speakers...

“What the hell is all of that?”

“You're going to hear you singing and you're going to participate to that damn TV show”

“why do you care?”

“because you care.”

“Maybe, but it's just a dream. My damn dream.”

“A dream that can come true! You have an amazing voice which deserves to be heard and loved. Don't deny it Jade, I already listened to you singing Halo by Beyoncé, Ok you're not Beyoncé but you're voice is just... wow. And I'm not the only one to think that.”
