Rings

Everyone was sitting around the ward surrounding Anubhav. Haseena wanted to sit beside him but seeing everyone she sat on the couch in the private ward. She looked at Anubhav and passed a helpless glare which he chuckled seeing her impatient. Seeing Haseena alone Maa and Ammi gestured Abhishek. He nodded and sat near her.

Haseena looked at him and smiled. She held his upper arm and put her head on his shoulder. While looking adorably at Anubhav she smiled.
HM: Abhi hamara pyaar do tarfa he. Humara pyaar jeet gaya.

Abhishek side hugged her. He felt really happy seeing Haseena happy.Maa looked at Abhishek and glared him. He bit his tongue and nodded.
AV: Are Noor yaad aaya me to tujhe ye dena hi bhul gaya.

HM: Kya?

AV: Ruk.

Abhishek took out a velvet box from his pant pocket and handed it to Haseena.
Haseena has never seen the box before. She looked at him confused.

AV: Abbu jab us mission par ja rahe the tab unhone ye ring mujhe di thi tere shohar ko dene ke liye. Unhone kaha tha ki tere liye ladka dhundhna meri jimmedari he. To bhai aaj mene meri jimmedari to puri kar di. Wo raha ladka( pointing at Anubhav) aur ye rahi anguthi.

Haseena opened the box. Her father has chosen a ring for her to be husband. He knew he was not going to return from that mission. She smiled with tears. She looked upwards and mumbled a thank you.
She looked at Abhishek and smirked mischievously.

HM: Dekha mene kaha tha na Abbu mujhse jyada pyaar karte he. Tere liye kuch nahi diya. Mere hone wale shohar ke liye diya lekin tere liye nahi diya. Huh popat.

AV: Jyada ud mat. Bhagwan ne na wo din meri kismat me likha tha jis din meri tujhse dosti hogi aur mujhe finally mera parivar mil jayega . Mene tujhe pehle bhi kaha he aur abhi bhi keh raha hu Ammi aur Abbu dono ki mujhse jyada pyaar karte he. Aur rahi baat kuch dene ki to meri hone wali wife ke liye bhi ring he. Abbu ne do anguthiya di thi. Aur meri to be wife ki ring me itna bada diamond bhi he.

He showed his tongue to Haseena.Haseena looked at him and pouted. He chuckled. She looked at Anubhav who was busy with everyone. She looked at the ring and blushed. She put it in her pocket. Abhishek started talking with her and constantly looking at everyone trying to distract Haseena.

Here Maa looked at Haseena and seeing her busy signalled Karishma and gestured her something to which she showed her thumb.
She showed Vyom her hand. He nodded and took out a small velvet ring box. He gave it to Karishma. Karishma forwarded it towards Anubhav.
AS: Behna aap ye ring box kyu de rahi he hume?

R: Ek kaam kar gadhe tu na mic leke chilla chilla ke sabko bata ki Karishma ne koi ring box diya he tujhe. Abe dheere bol na gadha kahika.

AS: Tum na.

Before they could start their fight
Maa held his hand: Ye hamare ghar ki pushteni anguthi he. Ghar ki bahu ko di jati he. Hume to laga hi nahi tha kabhi ye anguthi kaam bhi aayegi ab kyuki tu to jese kasam khake betha tha. Lekin ab koi he jo is anguthi ki hakdar he.

She signalled towards Haseena to which Anubhav slightly blushed. Seeing him blushing everyone chuckled.

AS: Maa Haseena ji ko agar waqt chahiye hua to? Aur ek baar operation hone dete he na uske baad karenge na ye sab.

Maa glared him angrily.
Maa: Ha taki tu phir koi bahana bana sake. Nahi bilkul nahi. Aur me Haseena se hi puch leti hu ruk.

She was going to call Haseena but Anubhav held her hand.
AS: Maa ye sawal hum khud unse puchenge. Unka jo bhi jawab hoga wo hume degi.

He said with puppy eyes to which everyone smiled and nodded. He looked towards Ammi who was looking at Haseena and Anubhav turn by turn. He understood Ammi's concern.
