It was April 9th 1912, me, my brother, and my mother all stepped onto the Titanic. I was 20 at the time, turning 21 the next day. We stepped into this beautiful room, a rush of excitement flew through my body. On the ceiling hung a crystal chandelier. A crew member led me, Mark and my mother to our cabin. My family was very wealthy so we got a bigger room than most people. "Elizabeth, come help me unpack" my mother called from the other room. "Coming!" I called back. I walked into the room my mother was in. On the walls hung two pictures. My memory of this time is very faint so I don't remember what the pictures were. A queen sized bed stood in the middle of the room.
I saw my mother starting to open our suitcase. I walked over to the bed. I picked up my clothes and started to walk out of the room. "Elizabeth, wait." I heard my mother say. I stopped and slowly walked back into the room. My mother walked over to me and placed a diamond necklace around my neck. "My mother gave it to me the day before my 21st birthday." She explained. "Thank you mother." I responded with a smile. I started to walk into a smaller room than my mothers with my clothes.
"Elizabeth!" I heard my brother exclaim. I turned back around. I looked over to my brother Mark, putting together a puzzle while sitting at a dinner table.
"Yes?" I asked. "Can you help me with this puzzle?" I was pissed I kept getting interrupted from putting away my clothes but I knew it would make him happy, so I walked over to him putting down my clothes. I sat on a chair next to him.
"I can't find this one piece!" He complained. I looked around for at least 15 seconds. Then I spotted a puzzle piece on the floor. I picked it up and gave it to Mark. "Thanks Eli!" Mark always called me Eli as a nickname. It never bothered me. "You're welcome!" I started walking back into the room.
I put my clothes into the wardrobe. A chill of drowsiness flew into my body. I laid down in the bottom bunk of a bunk bed. I could tell that the top bunk was for Mark. I closed my eyes and started to fall into a deep slumber.
I awoke from my slumber to my brother shaking me awake. I opened my eyes, and he exclaimed, "finally you're awake!" "Happy birthday!" He yelled. I sat up and responded in a tired voice. "You could have let me sleep..." "Nope!" He said. I walked into the main room to my mother putting out clothes for me. "Good morning!" "Good morning mom." I responded. "Get dressed, we have to get ready for breakfast!" I went into the other room to change. I got on the dress and walked out.
As soon as I walked out my mother and Mark rushed out the door. I followed and walked into a dining room. It was very noisy. I sat down and ordered my food. "I will be right back, I need to go to the bathroom." I told my mother. "Ok, but hurry!" I stood up and went to the bathroom.

I walked out of the bathroom and started to walk back to the table. I looked down to the ground lost in my thoughts. But then she came into my life.I felt someone bump into me. I fell to the ground and looked up to a young woman that looked a little bit older than me. She had dirty-blond curly hair and hazel eyes. She had freckles that spread across her face.
"I'm sorry!" She apologized. "It's fine!" I responded. We stared at each other for a couple seconds. Then she reached out her hand to help me up. I took it and she helped me get back on my feet. She was at least 3 inches taller than me. I wish I could tell her how beautiful she is, I thought.
Then she looked at a watch on her wrist and said, "I have to go I'm sorry, again." I watched her run off somewhere and went back to the dining table. We finished dinner and went back to the cabin. I hopped in my bed and fell asleep.
Ok but this took so long lol
